Seahawks' Grey Zabel: Practices in full Thursday
Zabel (knee) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Zabel sustained a knee injury during the Seahawks' Week 12 win over the Titans. However, his ability to practice Thursday without restriction indicates that the rookie first-rounder will be available to start at left guard Sunday against the Vikings.

Seahawks' Grey Zabel: Limited Wednesday
Zabel (knee) was limited in Wednesday's practice, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Zabel initially was injured in the Week 11 loss to the Rams but was able to play last Sunday against the Titans, logging 100 percent of the offensive snaps. Zabel should be good to go Sunday against the Vikings.

Zabel had a DNP-LP-LP practice log due to a knee injury, and head coach Mike Macdonald said Friday that Zabel is a game-time decision for Sunday's road contest, per Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune. Christian Haynes would be slated to start at left guard if Zabel is unable to play.

Zabel (knee) was a limited participant at practice Thursday, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Zabel was able to return to practice after missing Wednesday's session due to the knee injury that he suffered in Week 11 against the Rams. The offensive lineman will have one more chance to log a full practice Friday before the team squares off with Tennessee on Sunday.
