Seahawks' Tyrice Knight: Spotted at OTAs
Knight (concussion) was spotted participating in Seattle's OTAs on Tuesday, Lindsey Wasson of HJNews.com reports.
Knight sustained a concussion during the Seahawks' Super Bowl LX win over the Patriots, but he's now cleared protocol and returned to the field. Across 16 regular-season appearances in 2025, the UTEP product tallied 57 total tackles, including 2.0 sacks, and two forced fumbles. He'll likely operate as Seattle's top reserve inside linebacker during the 2026 season.

Seahawks' Tyrice Knight: Possible concussion
Knight is being evaluated for a possible concussion and is questionable to return to Super Bowl LX against the Patriots.
Knight left the game in the third quarter after suffering a potential head injury. The strongside linebacker is a rotational part of the Seahawks' defensive and special teams units. If the 25-year-old cannot return to the game, starter Drake Thomas will likely need to take on a further increased snap share.

Seahawks' Tyrice Knight: Good to go for divisional round
Knight (shoulder) does not carry an injury designation into Saturday's NFC divisional-round tilt against the 49ers, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.
Knight was unable to practice Tuesday due to a shoulder issue, but he was able to increase his practice participation over the next two days, culminating in a full session Thursday to avoid an injury tag for the divisional round. The second-year pro played mostly on special teams toward the tail end of the regular season and finished with 57 tackles (37 solo), including 2.0 sacks, and two forced fumbles across 16 games.

Knight suffered a concussion Week 11 against the Rams and didn't play this past Sunday versus Tennessee. Knight (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Titans, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Knight entered the league's concussion protocol during the Seahawks' loss to the Rams in Week 11, which prevented him from practicing during Week 12 prep. Knight will look to progress enough through the league's protocol to be cleared to practice ahead of Seattle's Week 13 clash against Minnesota.
