  • Panthers' Christian Rozeboom: Ruled out for Monday

Rozeboom (hip/hamstring) has been ruled out for Monday's game against San Francisco, Darin Gantt of the team's official website reports. Rozeboom didn't practice all week after suffering a hamstring injury in the Panthers' Week 11 win over the Falcons. The 28-year-old has 91 tackles and one forced fumble so far this season. Bam Martin-Scott and Claudin Cherelus could both see more snaps with Rozeboom unavailable.

  • Panthers' Christian Rozeboom: Likely to sit Week 12

Rozeboom (hamstring) didn't practice Thursday and head coach Dave Canales said the team is preparing to play without the linebacker Monday against the 49ers, Mike Kaye of The Charlotte Observer reports. Rozeboom hasn't explicitly been ruled out, but the hamstring injury he suffered in the Panthers' Week 11 overtime win over the Falcons will likely keep him out of action in Week 12. He will have two more opportunities to return to practice Friday and Saturday.

  • Panthers' Christian Rozeboom: Dealing with hamstring injury

Rozeboom suffered a hamstring injury in Sunday's overtime win over the Falcons and is uncertain for next Monday night's game against the 49ers, Joe Person of The Athletic reports. Rozeboom played his normal allotment of snaps against Atlanta, logging 10 tackles (two solo) on 82 percent of the defensive plays against the Falcons. If Rozeboom is unable to play Monday night, Claudin Cherelus and Bam Martin-Scott would be candidates to see increased action at linebacker for Carolina.

  • Panthers' Christian Rozeboom: Continues producing in Week 11

Rozeboom recorded 10 total tackles (two solo) in Sunday's 30-27 overtime win over the Falcons. Rozeboom tied Claudin Cherelus as Carolina's second-leading tackler and following Sunday's overtime win, he's now recorded double-digit stops in three of his last four games. The first-year Panther has tallied a team-leading 91 total tackles, one pass defended and one forced fumble over 11 appearances. He's expected to remain Carolina's top tackler and a viable IDP option in the Week 12 matchup against the 49ers.

  • Panthers' Christian Rozeboom: Career-high 15 tackles in win

Rozeboom recorded 15 tackles (seven solo) in the Panthers' win over the Packers on Sunday. One week after posting a season-high 12 tackles in the Panthers' Week 8 loss to the Bills, Rozeboom notched a career-high 15 stops against Green Bay on just 74 percent of the defensive snaps. Rozeboom has started all nine games this season, recording 77 tackles (39 solo) and one pass breakup on 88 percent of the defensive snaps. He's eighth in the NFL with his 77 tackles.

  • Panthers' Christian Rozeboom: Season-high tackles in Week 8 loss

Rozeboom racked up 12 tackles (seven solo) and one pass defensed during Carolina's loss to the Bills on Sunday. Rozeboom played 92 percent of defensive snaps during Sunday's loss to Buffalo, his first time above the 85-percent threshold since Week 4. The veteran linebacker has only tallied less than five tackles once across eight regular-season appearances so far, providing him a solid fantasy floor in IDP formats. Next on deck for the Panthers is a road matchup against Green Bay in Week 9.

Rozeboom tallied seven tackles (two solo) in Sunday's 13-6 win over the Jets. Rozeboom was one of three Panthers with exactly seven tackles in the victory. • Panthers' Christian Rozeboom: Notches eight stops Week 1

Rozeboom registered eight tackles (seven solo) Sunday in a loss to the Jaguars. Rozeboom's eight stops were good for second on Carolina. That output was in line with his production last season, when he averaged 7.9 tackles over 17 regular-season games with the Rams. Rozeboom finished last year with a career-best 135 stops, then signed a one-year deal with the Panthers in mid-March.

  • Rams' Christian Rozeboom: Leads team in tackles

Rozeboom recorded eight tackles (three solo) during Sunday's 44-42 victory against the Bills. Outside of Rozeboom and Darius Williams, no Ram recorded more than four tackles. It was a fairly miserable overall performance for the Rams' defense, as Josh Allen rang up six total touchdowns and the Rams failed to record a sack or a turnover. An injury-riddled San Francisco offense is a much more tantalizing prospect for Rozeboom and the Rams' defense in Week 15.

  • Rams' Christian Rozeboom: Back-to-back weeks with 12 tackles

Rozeboom recorded 12 tackles (seven solo) including a tackle for loss, as well as a pass defended during Sunday's 21-14 victory against the Saints. Rozeboom tied his career-high total set last week with 12 tackles, and tacked on his fourth pass defended of the season for good measure. Rozeboom has now cleared the triple-digit mark on the season with 103 tackles (53 solo), but an imposing task in the form of the dynamic Josh Allen and the Bills are up next in Week 14.

  • Rams' Christian Rozeboom: Career-high 12 tackles in defeat

Rozeboom recorded 12 tackles (seven solo), including a tackle for loss, during Sunday's 37-20 loss to the Eagles. While a dreadful day overall for the Rams defense, it was a banner day for the veteran linebacker, who notched his third start with double-digit tackles out of his last four, and fifth on the season. The continued volume of tackles should keep Rozeboom on the IDP radar as the Rams travel to New Orleans in Week 13.

The South Dakota State product had the best season of his career in 2023, racking up 79 total tackles and four passes defended, including one interception, in 17 regular-season outings. Expect Rozeboom to have the opportunity to compete for a starting inside linebacker spot once again this offseason.

  • Rams' Christian Rozeboom: Breaks through in third year

Rozeboom finished the 2023 regular season with 79 tackles (48 solo), four passes defended and an interception over 17 games played. After two years of very limited usage outside of special teams, the Rams finally promoted Rozeboom to a starter alongside Ernest Jones to replace the massive production of Bobby Wagner, who returned to Seattle in the offseason. Rozeboom produced modest numbers as a starter, in part due to his usage never peaking above 75 percent of the snaps in any game on the year. He's a restricted free agent, and the Rams may give him another shot to prove his capability as a starter if the price is right.
