The Eagles signed Elliss to the practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Elliss was waived by the team Aug. 28 after reaching an injury settlement while dealing with an undisclosed injury. His return to the practice squad indicates that he is fully healthy, and he'll look for an opportunity to be called up to the Eagles' active roster this season.

Eagles' Noah Elliss: Headed to injured reserve
Elliss (undisclosed) reverted to the Eagles' injured reserve Sunday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
The Eagles waived Elliss on Saturday, but after clearing waivers, the 24-year-old is on IR. The 2022 undrafted free agent will now have to spend the season there unless he can reach a settlement with the team.

Elliss has an undisclosed injury and was waived/injured by the Eagles on Saturday, Tim McManus of ESPN.com reports.
This was a procedural decision by the Eagles, as Elliss is expected to clear waivers and revert to injured reserve. Bo Wulf of The Athletic reports that Elliss participated in drills with Eagles' defensive linemen during OTAs.
Elliss was on the Eagles' non-football injury list last season after suffering an undisclosed injury during his pro day. Elliss played at Idaho for three seasons before signing with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2022. He joins a deep roster on the defensive line headlined by Jordan Davis, Fletcher Cox and 2023 first-round pick Jalen Carter.
