Rams' Keagen Trost: Cleared for Week 6
The Rams activated Trost (hamstring) from injured reserve Saturday.
Trost also has no injury designation and should make his NFL regular-season debut against Arizona on Sunday. With starting LT Alaric Jackson suspended for Week 6, Trost could serve as the swing tackle behind David Quessenberry and Warren McClendon.

Rams' Keagen Trost: Placed on IR
Trost (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve with a designation to return by the Rams on Sunday, Cameron DaSilva of USA Today reports.
The backup tackle suffered the hamstring injury in the first quarter of Los Angeles' first preseason game against Kansas City and had to miss the rest of training camp. His placement on IR means he'll have to miss at least the first four games of the regular season. Trost should play a reserve role once he returns.

Rams' Keagen Trost: Set to miss multiple weeks
Trost (hamstring) is expected to be sidelined for multiple weeks, Cameron DaSilva of USA Today reports.
Trost suffered a hamstring injury in the first quarter of the team's 20-12 preseason win over Kansas City on Saturday. As a result, the offensive lineman will be forced to miss the remainder of the preseason, and he'll now shift his focus to being ready to go for Week 1 against the 49ers on Sept. 10 in Australia.

Rams' Keagen Trost: Exits with hamstring issue
Trost (hamstring) will not return to Saturday's preseason game against the Chiefs, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.
Jackson exited during the first quarter of the game and was promptly ruled out. The extent of the third-round rookie's injury is unknown. Any potential missed regular-season time will be a huge blow to the Rams, who invested key draft capital in Trost to keep the line in front of 38-year-old Matthew Stafford strong at all times. Regular-season starter Warren McClendon will likely share right-tackle snaps with Bryce Henderson for the remainder of Saturday's contest.

Rams' Keagen Trost: Selected by Rams
The Rams selected Trost in the third round of the 2026 NFL Draft, 93rd overall.
Trost (6-foot-5, 311 pounds) is a good athlete who played tackle at Missouri, Wake Forest, Indiana State and Morgan State, though due to his smallish frame and very short arms he's almost certainly a guard or center to the Rams. Though it's unclear how much developmental upside Trost could have after he turned 25 earlier in April, he has experience and some athleticism to work with (31-inch vertical jump).
