Brown (illness) was placed on the Cowboys' practice squad COVID-19 list after testing positive for the virus Wednesday, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Brown has appeared in one game for the Cowboys this season in Week 11 against the Chiefs. He was also elevated for Week 16 against Washington but never played. Brown will work to get healthy, so he can rejoin the team and possibly get another shot on the active roster.
