Patriots' Jontrey Hunter: Goes on active/NFI list
The Patriots placed Hunter (undisclosed) on the active/non-football injury list Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Hunter was signed by New England as an undrafted free agent in May after he played six seasons with Georgia State. The nature of the injury that landed him on the NFI list is unclear, but the 24-year-old will be able to return to practice when the issue is resolved.
