Bears' Davion Taylor: Joins new team
Taylor signed with the Bears on Thursday.
The linebacker landed in Chicago less than two weeks after getting waived by Philadelphia. The 2020 third-round pick made 51 tackles and forced two fumbles in two seasons with the Eagles before spending 2022 on the practice squad. Taylor will compete for a depth role with the Bears.

Davion Taylor: Cut by Philadelphia
Taylor was waived by the Eagles on Sunday.
Taylor struggled to stay healthy in his first two seasons with the Eagles and spent last year on their practice squad. A third-round selection in the 2020 Draft, the 25-year-old will now work to earn an opportunity elsewhere.

Davion Taylor: Joins Philly's practice squad
The Eagles signed Taylor to their practice squad Thursday.
Taylor made the Eagles' initial 53-man roster but was waived a day later. However, he's now returned to the organization on a practice-squad deal. The 2020 third-round pick has appeared in 21 games for Philadelphia during his first two NFL seasons and saw an expanded role on defense last year, totaling 41 tackles across 241 defensive snaps.

Davion Taylor: Let go by Eagles
The Eagles waived Taylor on Wednesday.
Taylor was unavailable for the final few weeks of the 2021 season but was back to full health in time for training camp. He racked up seven tackles (four solo) during the preseason but will be let go ahead of the regular season.
