Anthony Kendall: Tries out for Detroit
The Lions hosted Kendall (undisclosed) for a workout Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Kendall was last with the Browns during the team's training camp in 2025 before he reached an injury settlement with Cleveland in August. Kendall last saw NFL regular-season action during his rookie campaign in 2023 with the Titans, when he logged nine tackles (five solo) across 16 games while serving mostly on special teams.

Browns' Anthony Kendall: Bound for IR
Kendall (undisclosed) reverted to Cleveland's injured reserve list Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Kendall wasn't claimed by another team after the Browns waived him with an injury designation Tuesday, so now he's headed to their injured reserve list. He'll stay there for the whole season unless he can work out an injury settlement with the club.
