  • Eagles' Cameron Williams: Activated from IR

The Eagles activated Williams (shoulder) from injured reserve Thursday.

Thursday was the Eagles' last day to activate Williams from injured reserve. The rookie sixth-rounder will now be available for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Commanders and for the Eagles' postseason run, when he will serve in a reserve role on the offensive line.

  • Eagles' Cameron Williams: Remains on IR

The Eagles did not activate Williams (shoulder) from injured reserve ahead of Sunday's game against the Bills.

Williams has been on IR since Sept. 13 with a shoulder injury, and he was designated to return to practice Dec. 11. The offensive tackle will have to be activated by the start of the new year, or he will not be able to return for the rest of the season, including the Eagles' upcoming postseason run.

  • Eagles' Cameron Williams: Designated to return from IR

The Eagles opened the practice window for Williams (shoulder) to return from injured reserve Thursday.

The Eagles will now have 21 days to activate Williams, or he will be forced to remain on IR for the rest of the season. The tackle's return would offer a strong reserve option for an Eagles team that has dealt with constant injuries to its offensive linemen this season.

  • Eagles' Cameron Williams: Lands on IR

The Eagles placed Williams (shoulder) on injured reserve Saturday.

Williams already missed the team's Week 1 victory over the Cowboys and will now be sidelined for at least another four games. He was selected by Philadelphia in the sixth round of this year's draft and will look to make his regular-season debut as a backup tackle once healthy.

  • Eagles' Cameron Williams: Will miss Week 2

Williams (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday's clash against Kansas City, Ralph Vacchiano of Fox Sports reports.

Williams was inactive for last Thursday's season-opening win over Dallas and now appears to have picked up a shoulder issue. The rookie is a raw but intriguing prospect, so Philadelphia may not be inclined to give him many reps on game day even when he's healthy this season.

  • Eagles' Cameron Williams: Bound for City of Brotherly Love

The Eagles selected Williams in the sixth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 207th overall.

Williams started just one season in 2024 for the Texas Longhorns but started all but one game, which he missed due to a right knee injury. His inexperience led to a bevy of penalties in his lone season as the starter at right tackle, but his measurables -- 6-foot-6, 317 pounds with long arms and big hands -- make him an intriguing prospect as a project. Williams will slot in as a depth lineman for the Eagles and aim to stand out in training camp to claim his 53-man roster spot.
