  • Browns' Harold Fannin: Bright spot in Cleveland offense

Fannin recorded seven receptions on 10 targets for 81 yards in Sunday's 23-9 loss to the Steelers. Fannin continued to showcase rapport with Dillon Gabriel, as he led the Browns in receptions and yards. He did do the majority of his damage with the Steelers playing conservative defense in the fourth quarter, with 56 of Fannin's yards coming with the Browns down multiple scores. Even with that context, the rapport between Fannin and Gabriel is clear, as Fannin has 11 catches for 94 yards and a touchdown combined between the last two games.

  • Browns' Harold Fannin Jr.: Week 6 Waiver Priority List

David Njoku was the top tight end for the Browns in Week 5 against Minnesota in the first game with new quarterback Dillon Gabriel, but Fannin was also productive with four catches for 13 yards and a touchdown on four targets. Fannin still has the potential to be a low-end starter in all leagues, even when Njoku is healthy, and Fannin is worth adding in deeper leagues for 1 percent of your remaining FAB.

  • Browns' Harold Fannin: First career touchdown

Fannin recorded four receptions on four targets for 13 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 21-17 loss to the Vikings. Fannin had a mixed performance in Dillon Gabriel's first game under center. He was overshadowed by David Njoku -- who led the team with nine targets -- but was a reliable short-area target for Gabriel. Fannin accounted for the Browns' first touchdown of the day with a one-yard catch midway through the first quarter, also the first of his career. He hasn't shown much upside, but Fannin could emerge as a favorite target of Gabriel in the quick-pass game.

  • Browns' Harold Fannin: Draws six targets Sunday

Fannin brought in two of six targets for 24 yards in the Browns' 34-10 loss to the Lions on Sunday. He also rushed once for one yard. Fannin posted modest reception and receiving yardage totals, but Joe Flacco continued to target the rookie tight end frequently. The 2025 third-round pick hasn't seen fewer than four targets in any contest, but he's posted just 49 total receiving yards across the last two games after recording a 12-111-0 line in his first two NFL contests. Fannin will try to regain his earlier level of production when the Browns travel to London to face the Vikings in Week 5.

  • Browns' Harold Fannin Jr.: Sleeper TEs

Fannin gets one more chance to be a low-end starter in all leagues. His production has declined each week after he scored 13.6 PPR points in Week 1 against Cincinnati, and he only had 5.5 PPR points in Week 3 against Green Bay. He also had nine targets against the Bengals, and he combined for nine targets the past two weeks against the Ravens and Packers. This is an easier matchup in Week 4 against the Lions, who are No. 5 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends. I'd also use David Njoku as a low-end starter in all leagues as well.

  • Browns' Harold Fannin Jr.: Week 4 Streamers (TE Preview)

I am sure after last week more people will drop Fannin than add him. I get it. Last week was really disappointing. But I still believe in the talent, he still has a 15% target share on an offense that may average 40 attempts per game, and I don't want to give up on a rookie I believed in back in April. If you want to start someone else this week, I get it. But don't forget what Mark Andrews just did to this defense last week.

  • Browns' Harold Fannin: Limited to three grabs Sunday

Fannin brought in three of four targets for 25 yards in the Browns' 13-10 win over the Packers on Sunday. Tanin was tied for third in receptions and targets on the Browns for the afternoon while also garnering that slotting in receiving yards. It was Fannin's quietest performance yet in his brief NFL career, but the rookie third-round pick is clearly a key component of the passing attack and could enjoy a bigger role in a Week 4 road matchup against the Lions for which Cleveland figures to have to remain aggressive on offense.

  • Browns' Harold Fannin Jr.: Sleeper TEs

There's potential for both Browns tight ends to play well in Week 3 with Fannin and David Njoku. The Packers have allowed a tight end to score at least 13.9 PPR points in each of the first two games with Sam LaPorta and Zach Ertz, and Joe Flacco should lean on Fannin and Njoku in this game. Fannin has 12 catches for 111 yards on 14 targets in two games against the Bengals and Ravens, and Njoku has seven catches for 77 yards on 11 targets. Neither has scored a touchdown yet, but that could happen in Week 3.

  • Browns' Harold Fannin Jr.: Week 3 Streamers (TE Preview)

The Week 3 tight end streamers look a lot like the Week 2 tight end streamers because they're both still available. Some were disappointed with Fannin's Week 2, and I was hoping for more, but 9.2 PPR points out of a 21-year-old rookie in his second career game is still acceptable. Fannin may remain a low-end TE1 or even high-end TE2 as long as David Njoku is in the picture, but with the direction this team is going, I would not be surprised if the rookie's role grows at the expense of the veteran. If Njoku were to be traded or injured, we would be viewing Fannin as a borderline top 5 tight end. That upside keeps him just ahead of Juwan Johnson for me.

  • Browns' Harold Fannin Jr.: Week 3 Waiver Priority List

Fannin's Week 2 outing at Baltimore (five catches for 48 yards on five targets) wasn't as good as his performance in Week 1 against Cincinnati (seven catches for 63 yards on nine targets), but he's clearly a go-to target for Joe Flacco and coach Kevin Stefanski. The production should continue to be there for Fannin, and he's worth starting as a low-end No. 1 Fantasy tight end in Week 3 against Green Bay. Fannin should be added for 10-15 percent of your remaining FAB.

  • Browns' Harold Fannin: Continues producing in Week 2

Fannin brought in all five targets for 48 yards in the Browns' 41-17 loss to the Ravens on Sunday. The rookie H-back/tight end tied for the team lead in receptions while finishing a close second to Jerry Jeudy in receiving yards. It was a second consecutive encouraging effort for Fannin to open his NFL career, and his usage through two games, which includes 14 targets and one rush attempt, makes it clear he's already established a solid niche in head coach Kevin Stefanski's offense going into a Week 3 home matchup against the Packers next Sunday afternoon.

  • Browns' Harold Fannin Jr.: Week 2 Waiver Priority List

The Browns wasted no time in making Fannin a featured part of their offense in Week 1 against the Bengals with seven catches for 63 yards on nine targets, which led the team. Given his college resume -- 117 catches for 1,555 yard and 10 touchdowns at Bowling Green in 2024 -- this might be the start of something special. There are a lot of mouths to feed in Cleveland's passing game, but Fannin could be a go-to option for Joe Flacco moving forward. He's worth speculating on in all leagues for at least 5 percent of your remaining FAB.

  • Browns' Harold Fannin: Encouraging debut

Fannin caught seven of nine targets for 63 yards in Sunday's 17-16 loss to Cincinnati in Week 1. He also had one carry for three yards. Fannin had a drop in the fourth quarter that factored into a drive that stalled on the Bengals' side of the field, but other than that, the rookie tight end built off a strong preseason. The 2025 third-round draft pick had one catch for more than 20 yards and led all Cleveland pass-catchers in targets, including the player starting ahead of him at tight end, David Njoku (six targets). The Browns lack quality target depth, which may prompt defenses to focus on Njoku and Jerry Jeudy. That could lead to Fannin producing more games like Sunday's and becoming a relevant fantasy option.

  • Browns' Harold Fannin Jr.: Contrarian DFS Play

Fannin is technically a TE2 on his own team, and he is priced as such. But the Browns are going to use a lot of two tight end sets this season, and reports out of Cleveland suggest they love Fannin as a YAC guy out of the slot. If you want to punt TE this week, do it with a guy who could see multiple targets from Joe Flacco in a shootout with the Bengals.

  • Browns' Harold Fannin: Hauls in TD in preseason finale

Fannin caught both his targets for 16 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 19-17 preseason win over the Rams. The 2025 third-round pick saw work with the Browns' starters, and his TD came on a 15-yard toss from Joe Flacco midway through the first quarter. David Njoku remains at the top of the tight end depth chart, but Fannin has drawn rave reviews in training camp and could see more action than expected in two-TE sets, providing Flacco with another potentially dynamic receiving option.
