Seahawks' Jadarian Price: Returns to limited practice
Price (lower body) returned to a limited practice Tuesday, Corbin K. Smith of SI.com reports.
Price has missed the last handful of days with a lower-body soreness but progressed to running on a side field Tuesday. He appears to be nearing a return to team drills. With Price and Zach Charbonnet (knee) missing practice, George Holani and Emanuel Wilson have been getting additional reps with the first-team offense.

Seahawks' Jadarian Price: Dealing with lower-body soreness
Price didn't practice Friday due to "lower-body soreness," Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.
In the early stages of training camp, Price has been handling first-team reps along with fellow RB George Holani. The breakdown of reps in the Seahawks backfield to start the season remains up in the air with Zach Charbonnet in recovery mode from his January ACL tear and Kenneth Walker now in Kansas City. The team invested a first-round pick in Price back in April, presumably with the expectation that he'd be the lead runner while Charbonnet is sidelined, but Holani and even free-agent pickup Emanuel Wilson also may be a part of game plans for Week 1 and beyond.

Seahawks' Jadarian Price: Expected back soon
Price (lower body) didn't practice Saturday, but coach Mike Macdonald said the rookie running back should be back in a matter of days, Curtis Crabtree of Fox 13 Seattle reports.
Price has missed the past two days of practice due to what Macdonald has called soreness in his lower body, but the head coach suggested Saturday that the issue is minor. That doesn't necessarily mean Price will play in the team's first preseason game next Saturday versus Dallas, but he's expected to be back at practice before then. Price is ticketed for a big role in Seattle's backfield as a rookie, and he could be the team's Week 1 starter at RB if Zach Charbonnet (knee) isn't ready to suit up.

Seahawks' Jadarian Price: First up for first-team reps
Price got the opening first-team backfield reps during Seattle's first full-team scrimmage Thursday, Gregg Bell of The News Tribune reports.
Price continues on an upward trajectory after starting training camp as the second RB behind George Holani. Holani remains involved enough to keep this from being a settled depth chart, but Price's draft capital and early camp usage keep him trending toward Seattle's most fantasy-relevant back while Zach Charbonnet (ACL) works his way back to full health. Once Price, Charbonnet and Holani are on the field together, however, the Seahawks' backfield may be difficult to prognosticate.

Seahawks' Jadarian Price: Splitting first-team reps
Price is sharing first-team backfield work with George Holani early in Seahawks training camp, Gregg Bell of The News Tribune reports.
Price appears to be focusing on improvements in the passing game to begin his NFL career. Despite Price's first-round draft capital and superior burst, Holani has earned enough trust over his years with Seattle to manufacture a real competition for opportunities in the receiving game. With Zach Charbonnet (ACL) still working his way back from knee surgery and having begun camp on the active/PUP list, Price has a clear path to a significant role Week 1 if he can separate from Holani during camp. Emanuel Wilson, meanwhile, appears to be trending toward a depth role.
