Rams' Colby Parkinson: Leads deep TE corps
As the regular season approaches, Cameron DaSilva of USA Today notes that Parkinson is expected to remain the Rams' No. 1 tight end.
During the 2025 regular season, Parkinson made his mark by catching 43 of his 56 targets for 408 yards and eight TDs in 15 contests. Though Los Angeles' current TE room is crowded, with Tyler Higbee, Terrance Ferguson, Max Klare and Davis Allen also in the mix, DaSilva relays that Parkinson should be the Rams' primary inline tight end once again and will almost always be on the field when the team deploys TE-heavy sets. In that context, the 27-year-old retains a modest degree of fantasy utility in a passing attack that continues to feature high-volume WRs Puka Nacua and Davante Adams, in particular if Parkinson retains a key red-zone role in 2026.

Rams' Colby Parkinson: Key drop in NFCCG loss
Parkinson caught three of four targets for 62 yards in Sunday's 31-27 loss to the Seahawks in the NFC Championship Game.
Parkinson finished third on the team in receiving yards behind wide receivers Puka Nacua and Davante Adams, but the only pass that the tight end didn't catch will haunt him. Parkinson's drop came on a third down deep in Seattle territory in the fourth quarter with plenty of room to run in front of him. He likely would have scored the go-ahead touchdown had he caught the ball on the play, and while the Rams kept that drive going by converting on fourth down, they eventually turned the ball over on downs and lost by four. It was a sour note to cap an otherwise sweet season from Parkinson, who caught 43 of 56 targets for 408 yards and eight touchdowns in 15 regular-season appearances before adding eight catches for 152 yards and one touchdown on 14 targets spread across three playoff games. He has one year remaining on a three-year, $22.5 million contract with the Rams.

Rams' Colby Parkinson: Tallies 56 yards in OT win
Parkinson secured three of seven targets for 56 yards during Sunday's 20-17 overtime win against the Bears in the divisional round.
Parkinson and Puka Nacua tied as team leaders in terms of receiving yards versus Chicago, in a contest that saw Matthew Stafford be held without a passing touchdown while struggling against cold weather conditions. In three of his last four appearances, Parkinson now has drawn exactly seven targets, though notable receiving opportunities were also allocated to fellow tight ends Terrance Ferguson (five targets) and Tyler Higbee (two targets) in the divisional round. Los Angeles' crowded TE corps remains difficult to predict for fantasy purposes, but Parkinson will remain the favorite to lead Rams tight ends in receiving during the NFC Championship Game against Seattle this coming Sunday.
