Arthur Maulet: Cut by Detroit
The Lions waived Maulet on Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Detroit is finally getting healthy again in the secondary, so Maulet gets the boot from the 53-man roster. The 32-year-old cornerback has appeared in six games for the Lions this season, producing 14 tackles (11 solo) and two pass breakups, including one interception, on 105 defensive snaps.

Lions' Arthur Maulet: Nabs first interception of season
Maulet tallied five tackles (all solo) and an interception in a 24-9 Week 7 win over the Buccaneers.
Maulet logged a 50 percent defensive snap share in his second game as a practice-squad elevation for the Lions. The veteran cornerback made a big play late in the second quarter when he intercepted a Baker Mayfield pass that was originally ruled a Cade Otton reception before being overturned upon review. Maulet's performance likely was a contributing factor to Detroit signing him to the active roster Monday.

Texans' Arthur Maulet: Signs one-year deal with Houston
Maulet (calf/knee) signed a one-year contract with the Texans on Monday, Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network reports.
Maulet was limited to three regular-season appearances with the Ravens in 2024 due to injuries but has regained health and joined the Texans for training camp. The veteran cornerback has 85 games of regular-season NFL experience under his belt.

Arthur Maulet: Cut by Baltimore
Maulet was released by the Ravens on Tuesday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Maulet will hit the open market after being limited to just three regular-season games in 2024 due to knee and hamstring injuries, compiling five total tackles (four solo) in those contests. The cornerback will turn 32 years old this offseason and he'll likely operate in a depth role with his next team.

Maulet will miss a third straight game due to a calf injury, and he appears to also be working through a knee injury as of late.
