Avery (undisclosed) was waived with an injury settlement by the Bears on Friday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Avery went unclaimed after being waived with an undisclosed injury by the Chicago on Sunday. While the nature of his injury is still unclear, the undrafted rookie out of Louisville will now be free to sign elsewhere ahead of the 2022 regular season.
