  • John Ojukwu: Cut loose by Philadelphia

The Eagles waived Ojukwu (pectoral) on Sunday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Ojukwu was dealing with a pectoral injury during training camp but was cleared to start at left tackle in the Eagles' preseason finale against the Bengals on Friday. Ojukwu could stay in Philadelphia on the practice squad if he clears waivers or explore his options elsewhere. He started in nine of 16 regular-season games through the first three years of his NFL career.

Ojukwu (pectoral) did not participate during the Eagles' training camp practice Wednesday, Andrew DiCecco of InsideTheBirds.com reports.
