Powers has been activated ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars, but he is still listed as questionable for the game. Powers now has a 21-day practice window where he won't count against the 53-man roster, and if healthy enough to come off IR immediately, he could play as early as Sunday versus the Packers. Expect Powers to return to a starting role at left guard once he's fully cleared.

Powers had surgery Monday after tearing his left biceps during the Broncos' Week 5 win over the Eagles, and the 2019 fourth-rounder is expected to be sidelined until December, per Tomasson.
