Jets' Minkah Fitzpatrick: Ruled out for Week 2
Fitzpatrick (groin) will not play in Sunday's game versus Green Bay, Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic reports.
It was reported Tuesday that Fitzpatrick was expected to miss 2-to-3 weeks, so his absence against the Packers isn't much of a surprise. While Fitzpatrick remains on the shelf, Andre Cisco is expected to take his place and start alongside Dane Belton.

Jets' Minkah Fitzpatrick: DNP to open Week 2 prep
Fitzpatrick (groin) did not participate in Wednesday's practice.
Fitzpatrick left Sunday's 23-10 win over the Titans due to a groin injury. Per NFL reporter Jordan Schultz on Tuesday, the veteran safety is expected to miss two to three weeks, so he's unlikely to play against the Packers on Sunday unless he manages to practice in at least a limited capacity this week. Andre Cisco figures to start alongside Dane Belton at safety for as long as Fitzpatrick is sidelined.

Jets' Minkah Fitzpatrick: Expected to miss multiple weeks
Fitzpatrick (groin) is expected to miss two to three weeks, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.
Fitzpatrick suffered a groin injury during the 23-10 victory over the Titans in Week 1. For now, the 29-year-old should at least be considered doubtful for the Week 2 meeting with Green Bay, though he isn't expected to be back on the field until Week 4 versus the Bears, at the earliest. There's also a chance Fitzpatrick is added to the Injured Reserve list.

Fitzpatrick (groin) is now doubtful to return to Sunday's game against the Titans, Antwan V. Staley of the New York Daily News reports.
The safety left the game in the first half due to a groin injury. Fitzpatrick did not record a stat before leaving the field. Malachi Moore and Andre Cisco should be in line to see more snaps in his absence.
