  • Phil Haynes: Gets look from Miami

Haynes (toe) visited the Dolphins on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. Haynes missed much of last season due to a toe injury and was limited to eight games in 2023. However, his visit with Miami suggests the guard is healthy and ready to compete for a starting role in 2024. The 28-year-old started all eight games he played for the Seahawks last season.

  • Seahawks' Phil Haynes: Returns to practice

The Seahawks designated Haynes (toe) for return from their injured reserve list Wednesday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports. The move opens a 21-day window during which Seattle can officially activate Haynes before it would be forced to shut him down for the remainder of the season. The Seahawks' official injury reports over the week will give an idea of whether he will be able to suit up in Week 18.

  • Seahawks' Phil Haynes: Logs full practice Thursday

Haynes (calf) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports. Haynes missed his second straight game in Week 8 against the Browns while dealing with a lingering calf issue. He was limited in Wednesday's session, but the fact that he was able to practice in full Thursday indicates that he's trending towards resuming his starting role at right guard for Sunday's game against the Ravens.

  • Seahawks' Phil Haynes: Unavailable Sunday

Haynes (calf) is inactive for Sunday's contest versus Cleveland. Haynes will be forced to sit out a second game in a row as he continues to nurse a calf injury. Anthony Bradford will draw another start at right guard for Seattle.

  • Seahawks' Phil Haynes: Sitting out Sunday

Haynes (calf) was designated as inactive ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals. Haynes has dealt with a lingering calf injury that he originally sustained during the Week 4 contest against the Giants. While he was able to suit up for last Sunday's loss to Cincinnati, the starting right guard will have to sit out this divisional matchup with Arizona. In his absence, expect Anthony Bradford to step in as Seattle's starting right guard alongside Olusegun Oluwatimi, who is also expected to fill in for injured starting center Evan Brown.

  • Seahawks' Phil Haynes: Done for rest of Monday's game

Haynes (calf) has been ruled out for the remainder of Monday's contest versus the Giants. Haynes will not return to the Seahawks' Week 4 game after potentially aggravating his calf injury. The offensive lineman was unavailable for Week 3 with the calf issue and will now be replaced by Anthony Bradford at right guard for the rest of Monday's matchup.

  • Seahawks' Phil Haynes: Won't play Sunday

Haynes (calf) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Panthers. Haynes played 100 percent of Seattle's offensive snaps in Week 2, but he apparently picked up a calf injury that'll sideline him for at least one game. Charles Cross (toe) is also inactive, so the Seahawks will be down two starters on their offensive line.

  • Seahawks' Phil Haynes: Staying in Seattle

The Seahawks signed Haynes to a one-year extension Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. Haynes was scheduled to become a free agent in March, but he's now in line to remain with the Seahawks for the 2023 campaign. The 322-pound lineman regularly split reps with Gabe Jackson at right guard this past season.
