Paul Adams: Gets cut Monday
Adams was restored to the Titans' practice squad from the COVID-19 list and was subsequently released Monday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Adams will now likely spend the offseason preparing to find a new team for 2022, although he could ultimately return to the Titans. Since going undrafted out of Missouri, the 26-year-old has also spent time with the Chiefs, Washington and Cleveland, but he has yet to appear in an NFL game.

Paul Adams: Lands on COVID list
Adams was placed on the Titans' practice squad COVID-19 list Monday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. This was due to testing positive for the virus, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
Adams will work to clear protocols quickly so he can return to trying to make an impression with the Titans before the season is over.

Adams was waived from injured reserve by the Titans toward the end of training camp. He's apparently progressed enough from the injury to get back on the field, and he is free to sign with Houston or any other team.
