  • Raiders' Kendal Vickers: Out again

Vickers (back) has been ruled out for the Raiders' Week 13 game against the Chargers, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports. Vickers (undisclosed) was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
