  • Mark Glowinski: Exit becomes official

    Glowinski was released by the Giants on Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reported Saturday that Glowinski was expected to be released, and the news now becomes official. The Giants will save $5.7 million in cap space with the move and will be looking for a new starter at right guard this offseason. The 31-year-old had spent the last two seasons in New York and had one year left on his deal.

  • Giants' Mark Glowinski: Won't play Week 10

    Glowinski (personal) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game against the Cowboys, Ralph Vacchiano of Fox Sports reports. With Glowinski out, the Giants will likely go with Ben Bredeson and Justin Pugh at right and left guard, respectively, which is what the team did Week 9 against the Raiders. Glowinski did not participate in practice leading up to the Week 10 contest.
