Top Julien Obioha News

  • Julien Obioha: Waived by Jets

Obioha (undisclosed) was waived by the Jets on Wednesday, James Palmer of NFL Network reports.

As an undrafted rookie out of Texas A&M last season, Obioha caught the attention of the Jets in training camp, but spent the entire campaign on injured reserve. The Jets apparently wanted to create some more roster flexibility ahead of the 2017 NFL Draft, so Obioha was deemed an expendable piece. He'll look to earn a training-camp invite from another team this summer.
