Louis signed with the Cowboys on Friday, Jon Machota of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Louis was most recently waived by the Ravens after not participating in either of their first two preseason games. The Cowboys will be the fourth NFL team he's signed with since entering the league last year.

Ravens' Lamar Louis: Signs exclusive-rights tender with Baltimore
Louis signed his exclusive-rights tender with the Ravens on Friday, Jeff Zrebiec of the Baltimore Sun reports.
An undrafted free agent, Louis played one game with the Cardinals in 2017 before ultimately finishing the season with the Ravens. He figures to use training camp as an opportunity to compete for a roster spot providing depth at inside linebacker.
