The Jets waived Morris on Saturday, Connor Hughes of Star Ledger reports.
Marks was one of many receivers vying for a role on the Jets' final roster, but ultimately came up short. The rookie will presumably clear waivers and either join the team's practice squad or find a new opportunity.
