Doctson was released from Arizona's practice squad Tuesday.
Doctson has been on the Cardinals' practice squad all season and missed some time after testing positive for COVID-19, and he's now been let go by the team. The former 2016 first-round pick hasn't seen NFL action since 2019 with Minnesota.

Doctson was restored to the Cardinals' practice squad from the practice squad COVID-19 list Monday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.
Doctson tested positive for the virus last week but has rejoined the practice squad now that he's cleared the health and safety protocols. The 2016 first-round pick hasn't seen game action since 2019 when he appeared in one game with Minnesota.

Doctson has tested positive for COVID-19 and will be placed on the Cardinals' practice squad-COVID list, Howard Balzer of SI.com reports.
Doctson spent most of his offseason with the Jets before getting released and signing onto the Cardinals' practice squad. The former first-round pick from 2016 likely won't be activated to Arizona's roster anytime soon, barring substantial injuries to the team's receivers.
