Turner (finger) is active for Friday's game against the Dolphins.
Turner's expected to start at right guard, but he's also the swing tackle behind starters Duane Brown (hip) and Max Mitchell. Brown's seeing his first game action since Week 2, while usual starting tackle Mekhi Becton (ankle) is inactive, so Turner could be one injury or benching away from shifting to tackle Friday.

Turner was considered a full participant Wednesday as well, which should signal that the veteran guard is tracking toward suiting up Friday against Miami. Assuming he plays, he should draw the start at right guard.
