Mancz (undisclosed) was activated off the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday.
Mancz missed Miami's Monday Night Football win over the Saints, but he is expected to return in Week 17 against the Titans. The 29-year-old offensive lineman is expected to operate as the primary backup center to Michael Deiter.

Mancz will need to submit a pair of negative COVID tests 24 hours apart in order to be available in his usual reserve capacity Monday against the Saints.

Mancz (ankle) was activated from injured reserve Saturday.
Mancz was designated to return in early December and is now ready for game action after going through the past couple weeks of practice. He should serve as the backup center with Michael Deiter also back and healthy.

Dolphins' Greg Mancz: Designated for return
The Dolphins have designated Mancz (ankle) for return from IR, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Mancz will now have a 21-day window to be evaluated at practice, but the Dolphins can fully activate him as early as Sunday's game against the Giants. The center suffered his ankle injury back in Week 9.

Mancz injured his ankle in the Dolphins' Week 9 contest against the Texans. The center was unable to return to the game after leaving in the first quarter. Expect Austin Reiter to fill in for Mancz until he is healthy enough to return.

Mancz (ankle) has been downgraded to out and won't return to Sunday's game against the Texans.
Mancz left the game earlier, and now that it has been confirmed he won't return to action, Austin Reiter will replace him at center. Mancz's next chance to play will come next Thursday against the Ravens, but that will depend on his recovery process and on the severity of the injury.

Mancz is dealing with an ankle injury and is questionable to return Sunday against Houston.
Mancz suffered the injury in the first quarter, and it remains to be seen if he'll recover quickly enough to return to action. His absence leaves a huge void on the offensive line, as Michael Deiter (foot) is also sidelined, and this scenario will lead Austin Reiter to handle most of the snaps at center for the time being.
