Larsen had already been ruled out for Sunday's contest, but it now seems as if the Commanders have decided to shut down their top center for the remainder of the season. Nick Gates is expected to fill in for Larsen on Washington's offensive line for the team's last two games.

Commanders' Tyler Larsen: Agrees to re-sign with Washington
Larsen (kneecap) agreed to re-sign with the Commanders on Wednesday, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.
Larsen ended the 2022 campaign on injured reserve after dislocating his kneecap in Week 13, but he appears to be healthy after re-signing with Washington. However, even if he's at 100 percent, he'll have competition for the starting center spot in 2023 after the Commanders acquired Nick Gates this offseason.
