Colts' T.J. Carrie: Activated from COVID-19 list
Carrie was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday.
Carrie's role has been limited in recent weeks and he has logged more than 10 snaps just once since Week 3, though he also missed six games in a row and had a stint on the IR due to an undisclosed injury. At this point of the season, Carrie is merely a depth piece for the Colts on defense.

Colts' T.J. Carrie: Added to COVID list
Carrie (undisclosed) was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday.
Carrie has mostly been a contributor on special teams since returning from a stint on IR due to undisclosed reasons Nov. 13. So, any potential absence would have little impact on the Colts' defense unless the team loses more players to COVID protocols over the coming days.

Colts' T.J. Carrie: Gets activated
The Colts have activated Carrie (undisclosed) off injured reserve, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.
Carrie has been sidelined since late September. His return will help provide depth at cornerback first, but also at safety if needed. Also, he will provide a much-needed veteran presence in the secondary.

Colts' T.J. Carrie: Designated to return from IR
Carrie (undisclosed) returned to practice Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.
Carrie's return to practice Tuesday starts the 21-day window for him to be added to the active roster. If he isn't, he will revert back to injured reserve for the remainder of the season. Before being placed on injured reserve, Carrie was a key piece for Indianapolis, registering 77 defensive snaps across the first two games of the season.

Colts' T.J. Carrie: Lands on IR
The Colts placed Carrie (undisclosed) on injured reserve Wednesday.
After playing 77 defensive snaps over the first two weeks of the season, Carrie didn't log any in Week 3. Carrie's playing time may have dropped because of Xavier Rhodes' (calf) return, but the Ohio product also picked up an injury. It's unclear what is ailing the 31-year-old linebacker, but he will be forced to miss the next three weeks after landing on IR.

Colts' T.J. Carrie: Registers eight stops
Carrie posted eight tackles (seven solo) in Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Rams.
Carrie logged 69 percent of the defensive snaps for a second straight week, and he tied Kenny Moore for the team lead in tackles Sunday. His time in the spotlight may be short-lived, as he could move to a reserve role once Xavier Rhodes (calf) returns to action.

Colts' T.J. Carrie: Increased workload Sunday
Carrie had four total tackles and a pass defensed in Sunday's loss to Seattle.
Carrie played on 37 of the defense's 54 snaps as he saw an increase in playing time with Xavier Rhodes out with a calf injury. He could be set for a large workload this week against the Rams if Rhodes remains sidelined.

Colts' TJ Carrie: Available for Week 1
Carrie (knee) isn't listed on the Colts' injury report Wednesday.
Carrie injured his knee early in the Colts' preseason opener against the Panthers and has finally made it off the team's injury report. The cornerback will look to fill a support role for the Colts' secondary in their season opener against the Seahawks on Sunday.
