  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Propels Thunder to victory

Gilgeous-Alexander provided 25 points (5-18 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 15-17 FT), four rebounds, seven assists and two blocks over 29 minutes during Sunday's 119-84 victory over the Suns in Game 1 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs. Gilgeous-Alexander wasn't required to do a lot as the Thunder easily accounted for the Suns in Game 1 of the playoffs. Despite shooting just 5-for-18 from the floor, Gilgeous-Alexander still crafted his way to a team-high 25 points thanks to an extremely busy and efficient night from the charity stripe. The two teams will face each other again Wednesday, where Oklahoma City will look to take a commanding 2-0 lead.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Fades injury report

Gilgeous-Alexander (oblique) isn't listed on the injury report for Sunday's Game 1 against the Suns. Gilgeous-Alexander was held out of Oklahoma City's final two regular-season games but will return for the start of this first-round series against Phoenix. The superstar point guard averaged 29.0 points, 6.5 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 31.7 minutes per game over his last 10 regular-season outings.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Won't play Sunday

Gilgeous-Alexander (oblique) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Suns. The Thunder are listing 10 players out for Sunday's regular-season finale, including Gilgeous-Alexander. However, the superstar should be good to go by the playoffs. Nikola Topic and Jared McCain should see significant minutes in the backcourt once again Sunday.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Won't play against Denver

Gilgeous-Alexander (oblique) won't play in Friday's game against the Nuggets, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports. Oklahoma City has a lock on the top spot in the Western Conference, so Gilgeous-Alexander will take the night off against Denver. With Ajay Mitchell (ankle), Alex Caruso (rest), Isaiah Joe (knee) and Cason Wallace (toe) also unavailable, Jared McCain and Nikola Topic should see more minutes, with at least one of them in line to enter the starting lineup.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Extends streak in Wednesday's win

Gilgeous-Alexander totaled 20 points (9-17 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 0-1 FT), one rebound, 11 assists, one block and one steal across 30 minutes during Wednesday's 128-110 win over the Clippers. Despite sitting out the entire fourth quarter, Gilgeous-Alexander was able to extend his NBA record streak of games with at least 20 points to 141, while producing his eighth double-double of the season -- one short of his career high. Three of them have come in the last 15 games, a stretch in which the reigning MVP is averaging 29.3 points, 7.1 assists, 3.9 boards, 1.7 threes and 1.5 steals while shooting 57.0 percent from the floor and 40.3 percent from beyond the arc.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Drops game-high 25 in rout

Gilgeous-Alexander recorded 25 points (10-15 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 3-3 FT), one rebound, eight assists and two steals over 28 minutes during Tuesday's 123-87 win over the Lakers. Only two Thunder starters scored in double digits, and nine played 30 minutes in a rout, but Gilgeous-Alexander still produced a solid line by his lofty standards. The reigning MVP has drained multiple three-pointers in eight of the last 14 games, averaging 30.0 points, 6.9 assists, 4.1 boards, 1.6 steals and 1.6 threes over that span while shooting 57.3 percent from the floor and 41.1 percent from beyond the arc.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Hits for 20 points in easy win

Gilgeous-Alexander closed with 20 points (7-10 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 4-5 FT), four rebounds, seven assists and one steal across 24 minutes during Sunday's 146-111 win over Utah. Gilgeous-Alexander didn't play much due to the nature of the game, as the Thunder cruised to an easy victory against one of the worst teams in the Western Conference, but the reigning MVP still reached the 20-point mark. He has hit this threshold in every game so far in 2025-26. The Thunder have tough matchups in the final week of the regular season with scheduled games against the Lakers, Clippers, Nuggets and Suns. However, since the team has yet to lock up the No. 1 seed in the West, expect Gilgeous-Alexander to continue handling his regular workload on offense.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Adds 28 points in victory

Gilgeous-Alexander registered 28 points (12-25 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 3-3 FT), seven rebounds and seven assists in 30 minutes during Thursday's 139-96 win over the Lakers. Gilgeous-Alexander did all of his damage without stepping on the court for the final period, as Oklahoma City closed the third quarter with a 45-point lead. The 27-year-old was a big reason why OKC was able to build such a commanding lead. Gilgeous-Alexander led his team in points and finished second in rebounds and assists. He's averaging 32.6 points, 3.8 rebounds, 5.4 assists and 1.0 steals over his last five appearances.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Erupts for 47 points in OT win

Gilgeous-Alexander totaled 47 points (12-19 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 21-25 FT), five rebounds, three assists and two steals in 41 minutes during Monday's 114-110 overtime victory over the Pistons. Gilgeous-Alexander made a living at the charity stripe Monday, which is where he added 21 of his 47 points. The reigning MVP appeared to have hit the game-winning shot with seconds remaining in the fourth quarter, but the bucket was waived off due to an offensive foul call on Gilgeous-Alexander. The 27-year-old responded by putting up eight points in overtime, which included clutch free throws down the stretch to put the game on ice. Gilgeous-Alexander's 40-plus-point showing marks the third time in 14 March appearances that he's reached the 40-point threshold.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Goes for 30 points in win

Gilgeous-Alexander closed Sunday's 111-100 win over the Knicks with 30 points (8-18 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 13-16 FT), three rebounds, four assists and one steal across 37 minutes. Gilgeous-Alexander didn't look at his best in the opening three quarters, but he stepped up in the fourth right when the Thunder needed him the most, and he made some clutch buckets that allowed OKC to ice the game for good. The MVP frontrunner has scored at least 25 points in four of his last five games, a stretch in which he's averaging 30.0 points per game while shooting 55.3 percent from the floor.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Shooting woes in win

Gilgeous-Alexander notched 25 points (8-24 FG, 0-10 3Pt, 9-12 FT), five assists, three blocks and two rebounds across 29 minutes in Friday's 131-113 win over the Bulls. Gilgeous-Alexander had a disastrous shooting night, particularly from three-point range, though he still finished as the game's leading scorer. While his 10 three-point tries represented a season high, Friday's contest was the sixth time this season he failed to make a three-pointer when making at least one attempt from behind the arc. However, the reigning MVP was impactful on the defensive end, finishing one block shy of tying his career high. He has tallied multiple swats in three of his last eight outings.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Nets 33 points with eight assists

Gilgeous-Alexander recorded 33 points (10-12 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 10-12 FT), eight assists, two rebounds, two steals and two turnovers in 37 minutes during Wednesday's 119-109 defeat against the Celtics. Gilgeous-Alexander has recorded 30-plus points in 41 games this season, just one shy of Luka Doncic for the most in the league. He's also been remarkably efficient of late, averaging 28.8 points on 72.1 percent shooting over his last four games.

Gilgeous-Alexander hit the 40-point milestone for the second time in three games, and his 17 made field goals tied his season high. In nine games this month, Gilgeous-Alexander is averaging 30.3 points, 7.4 assists, 4.6 rebounds and 2.1 steals across 34.2 minutes.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Extends 20-point streak

Gilgeous-Alexander posted 20 points (8-9 FG, 4-5 FT), six assists, three rebounds and three steals over 26 minutes during the Thunder's 121-92 win over the Nets on Wednesday. The Thunder dominated Wednesday's game, resulting in Gilgeous-Alexander and the rest of the starters sitting for the entire fourth quarter. Even with the reduced playing time, the reigning MVP needed just nine field-goal attempts to reach the 20-point threshold, extending his NBA streak of 20-plus-point games to 130. Coming off a back-to-back set, Gilgeous-Alexander and the Thunder will get two days of rest before their next game against the Wizards on Saturday.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Massive third quarter vs. Orlando

Gilgeous-Alexander logged 40 points (14-27 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 9-11 FT), five rebounds, two assists and four steals over 36 minutes during the Thunder's 113-108 win over the Magic on Tuesday. It was another scoring clinic from the reigning MVP, who scored 19 of his game-high 40 points in the third quarter to give the Thunder a six-point advantage heading into the final frame. He also contributed defensively with four steals, tying a season high that he reached three times prior to Tuesday's game. It was the sixth 40-plus-point performance for Gilgeous-Alexander this season and the first since Jan. 23 against the Pacers. Since returning from a nine-game absence in late February due to an abdominal strain, he has averaged 31.1 points on 51.8 percent shooting along with 7.9 assists, 4.8 rebounds, 1.6 threes, 2.1 steals and 1.0 blocks over 35.6 minutes per game.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Double-doubles with three stocks

Gilgeous-Alexander finished with 20 points (7-22 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 4-5 FT), three rebounds, 10 assists, one block and two steals over 33 minutes during Sunday's 116-103 win over the Timberwolves. Gilgeous-Alexander got off to a sluggish start offensively, as he had just 10 points on 3-for-16 shooting through the first three quarters of play. However, he got hot during the fourth and dropped in 10 points on 4-for-6 shooting during the final frame to keep his streak of 20-point games going. It wasn't Gilgeous-Alexander's best offensive outing, but he shined as a defender and playmaker while helping the Thunder earn their eighth straight victory.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Writes name in record books

Gilgeous-Alexander closed Thursday's 104-102 win over the Celtics with 35 points (13-18 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 7-8 FT), six rebounds, nine assists, three blocks and two steals across 39 minutes. The reigning NBA MVP broke one of the league's seemingly unassailable records with the performance, scoring 20-plus points in an incredible 127th straight game -- breaking the mark of 126 set by Wilt Chamberlain over the 1961-62 and 1962-63 campaigns. Gilgeous-Alexander has been in top form since returning from an abdominal issue in late February, scoring 30 or more in four of his last six contests and averaging 31.5 points, 8.5 assists, 5.0 boards, 1.8 steals, 1.3 threes and 1.2 blocks while shooting 55.5 percent from the floor.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Extends historic scoring streak

Gilgeous-Alexander closed with 35 points (14-21 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 15 assists, nine rebounds, two blocks and one steal across 39 minutes in Monday's 129-126 win over the Nuggets. Gilgeous-Alexander narrowly missed a triple-double but came through with a game-winning three-pointer in the clutch to power the Thunder to victory. The star guard is on the verge of history, as he tied Wilt Chamberlain's record of 126 consecutive games with 20-plus points Monday. Gilgeous-Alexander has also poured in 30-plus points in 37 contests this season, the most in the league, and will have a chance to break Chamberlain's record Thursday against the Celtics.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Scores 27 points in win

Gilgeous-Alexander finished Saturday's 104-97 win over the Warriors with 27 points (6-15 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 14-15 FT), five rebounds, five assists, one steal and one block across 35 minutes. Gilgeous-Alexander didn't have his most efficient outing Saturday, though he made his lone triple when it mattered most, giving Oklahoma City a five-point lead with 43 seconds remaining. The reigning MVP has shot just 3-for-13 from beyond the arc in his last four appearances, though he has shot 92.7 percent from the charity stripe on 10.3 attempts per contest during that span. He'll look to reach the 20-point threshold for a 126th consecutive game Monday against the Nuggets, which would tie the NBA record set by Wilt Chamberlain.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Nets 26 points with eight dimes

Gilgeous-Alexander produced 26 points (9-16 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 7-7 FT), three rebounds, eight assists and one steal across 35 minutes during Wednesday's 103-100 victory over the Knicks. Gilgeous-Alexander drilled some clutch shots down the stretch to ensure the Thunder earned their fourth straight victory, and he finished with a plus-six differential in the three-point win. The four-time All-Star ranks second in points per game (31.7) this season, and he's getting those buckets with remarkable efficiency, shooting 55.1 percent from the floor and 89.3 percent at the charity stripe.
