Hill hasn't played since June 24 due to a strained oblique. The 22-year-old has slashed .257/.390/.524 with 11 home runs, 45 RBI, 43 runs scored, nine stolen bases and a 40:49 BB:K across 237 plate appearances between High-A Lake County and Akron this season.

Double-A Akron placed Hill on its 7-day injured list Tuesday due to a right oblique strain.
Hill hadn't played since last Wednesday due to the injury, and Akron could opt to hold him out through the All-Star break to give him extra time to heal. The 22-year-old has slashed .224/.288/.388 with one home run and three stolen bases over 73 plate appearances at Akron since receiving a promotion from High-A Lake County on June 2.
