Sabrowski was sidelined for just over three weeks with left elbow inflammation and will rejoin the club in Houston. Before landing on the IL, the 28-year-old was off to a terrific start, posting a 1.71 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and 39:13 K:BB through 21 innings. Cleveland designated lefty Anthony Gose for assignment to clear room on the 40-man roster and 26-man active roster for Sabrowski, who will be making his MLB debut if and when he gets into a game. A 26-year-old lefty reliever, Sabrowski had turned in a 4.38 ERA, 1.70 WHIP and 53:30 K:BB over 37 innings at Columbus this season.
