  • Twins' Noah Davis: Sent outright to Triple-A

The Twins outrighted Davis to Triple-A St. Paul on Friday. The transaction clears 26-man and 40-man roster spots for the return of Pablo Lopez (shoulder) from the 60-day injured list. Davis has surrendered a whopping 24 runs (22 earned) over 11 innings at the big-league level this season between the Dodgers and Twins.

  • Dodgers' Noah Davis: Designated for assignment

The Dodgers designated Davis for assignment Friday. The right-hander was optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City last weekend and will now lose his place on Los Angeles' 40-man roster. Davis surrendered 13 earned runs over six innings across his five outings with the Dodgers this season.

  • Dodgers' Noah Davis: Optioned to Triple-A

The Dodgers optioned Davis to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Monday. Davis tossed two scoreless innings in Sunday's loss to the Yankees. He's being replaced by a fresh bullpen arm in Ryan Loutos.

  • Dodgers' Noah Davis: Back in big leagues

The Dodgers recalled Davis from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Sunday. Davis will join the Los Angeles bullpen as a replacement for right-hander Luis Garcia (adductor), who was placed on the 15-day injured list. The 28-year-old righty has made three relief appearances for the Dodgers but has otherwise spent the entire 2025 campaign at Oklahoma City, where he's turned in a 5.75 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 26:11 K:BB across 20.1 innings.

  • Dodgers' Noah Davis: Optioned again Tuesday

The Dodgers optioned Davis to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Tuesday. Since April 28, Davis has been back and forth between Triple-A Oklahoma City and Los Angeles. While he was called up Monday as the Dodgers commenced a three-game series with the Marlins, he is being sent back down a day later without any innings of work. In a corresponding move, the Dodgers recalled Matt Sauer from Triple-A Oklahoma City.

  • Dodgers' Noah Davis: Called up Monday

Davis was called up from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Monday, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports. Davis will return to the major-league roster after being sent down Saturday, replacing Tyler Glasnow (shoulder), who was placed on the 15-day injured list Monday. Davis has appeared in three games with Los Angeles this season, giving up three runs on three hits and two walks while striking out three batters over 2.2 innings. The right-hander will serve as an additional option out of the bullpen for the Dodgers and it's unclear at this point who will replace Glasnow in the starting rotation.

  • Dodgers' Noah Davis: Optioned to OKC

The Dodgers optioned Davis to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Saturday. Davis has allowed four runs (three earned) in 2.2 innings since being recalled from Triple-A on April 18. His poor performance will cause him to be sent down in favor of Yoendrys Gomez, who was claimed off waivers from the Yankees on Friday.

  • Dodgers' Noah Davis: Joins major-league roster

The Dodgers recalled Davis from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Friday. It's the corresponding roster move for Bobby Miller getting optioned to Oklahoma City on Thursday. Acquired from the Red Sox in a trade this offseason, Davis has allowed five runs but struck out nine over 5.2 innings in the minors this season. He'll give the bullpen some length.

  • Red Sox's Noah Davis: Links up with Boston on MiLB deal

The Red Sox signed Davis to a minor-league contract Saturday. Davis broke the news himself on his Instagram account. The right-hander holds a 7.71 ERA and 43:23 K:BB over 51.1 innings covering parts of three seasons at the major-league level. Davis has experience as a starter and reliever and it's not clear what role Boston has planned for him, but he'll likely begin the 2025 season at Triple-A Worcester.

  • Rockies' Noah Davis: Comes off Triple-A injured list

Triple-A Albuquerque reinstated Davis (shoulder) from its 7-day injured list Saturday. Davis started in Saturday's 10-9 win over Oklahoma City, taking a no-decision while striking out four over 2.2 innings and allowing four earned runs on five hits and one walk. The right-hander had been sidelined at Triple-A since mid-April with a right shoulder injury but was cleared to slot back into the Albuquerque rotation after making two abbreviated rehab starts in the rookie-level Arizona Complex League.

  • Rockies' Noah Davis: Optioned to Albuquerque

The Rockies optioned Davis to Triple-A Albuquerque on Friday, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports. Davis was competing for a spot at the back end of Colorado's Opening Day rotation but allowed three earned runs on 10 hits and three walks over six innings during spring training, striking out five. The 26-year-old struggled to an 8.70 ERA over 30 frames in his first taste of the majors last season but is a decent bet to receive another look with the Rockies at some point in 2024.

  • Rockies' Noah Davis: Optioned to minors

The Rockies optioned Davis to the rookie-level Arizona Complex League on Thursday. Davis took a loss in his final outing of the year Wednesday versus the Dodgers after allowing four earned runs on seven hits and two walks over 4.1 innings. The 26-year-old right-hander posted an overall 8.70 ERA and 26:15 K:BB across 30 major-league innings (six starts, two relief appearances) this season with Colorado.

  • Rockies' Noah Davis: Takes loss against Los Angeles

Davis (0-4) took the loss against the Dodgers on Wednesday, allowing four runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out four batters over 4.1 innings. Davis made it through two scoreless frames before giving up a solo homer to James Outman in the third. The right-hander entered the fifth inning in a tight 1-1 contest, but he allowed six of the seven batters he faced in that frame to reach base, with his only out coming on a sacrifice fly. All of that traffic led to three Los Angeles runs and the fourth defeat of the campaign for Davis. This was presumably his last appearance of the campaign, as he threw 86 pitches. If that's the case, Davis will finish with an 8.70 ERA, 1.93 WHIP and 26:15 K:BB over 30 innings in his first extended look in the majors.

  • Rockies' Noah Davis: Picking up start Friday

Davis is scheduled to start Friday's game against the Cubs at Wrigley Field. After being called up from Triple-A Albuquerque on Sunday, Davis worked out of the bullpen later that day in the Rockies' series finale with the Giants, tossing two scoreless innings. With both Kyle Freeland (oblique) and Peter Lambert (biceps) recently moving to the injured list, Davis looks like he'll get the chance to finish the season in the Colorado rotation. Prior to his call-up, Davis made a seven-inning start for Albuquerque on Sept. 13, so he should be sufficiently stretched out for Friday's game. Davis owns a 9.58 ERA, 2.03 WHIP and 18:10 K:BB over 20.2 innings across six appearances (four starts) for the big club this season.

  • Rockies' Noah Davis: Rejoins big-league club

Davis was recalled from Triple-A Albuquerque on Sunday. Kyle Freeland (oblique) and Peter Lambert (biceps) have landed on the injured list the past two days, leaving Colorado with some holes in its starting rotation. Davis has a 10.61 ERA, 2.25 WHIP and 16:10 K:BB across 18.2 major-league innings this season, but he could receive some starts down the stretch given the injuries to Rockies starting pitchers. The Rockies haven't formally clarified whether Davis will immediately slide into the rotation or if he'll be deployed out of the bullpen initially.

  • Rockies' Noah Davis: Back in action at Triple-A

Davis (undisclosed) has struck out nine while scattering four hits and six walks over 11 scoreless innings between two starts since he was reinstated from Triple-A Albuquerque's 7-day injured list Aug. 13. The 26-year-old righty was on the shelf at Triple-A for about a month due to the unspecified injury. He's fared well in both of his first two starts since returning from the IL and could get another look in the Rockies' big-league rotation in September.

  • Rockies' Noah Davis: Rehabbing in ACL

Davis (undisclosed) made his first rehab start in the rookie-level Arizona Complex League on Tuesday, covering three innings and striking out six while allowing one run on three hits and no walks. Davis is likely to make at least one more rehab start in the ACL or with another lower-level affiliate before he makes his return to Triple-A Albuquerque's rotation. The 26-year-old righty has been out of action at Albuquerque since July 9 due to an unspecified injury.

  • Rockies' Noah Davis: Optioned to Triple-A

Colorado optioned Davis to Triple-A Albuquerque on Monday. Davis was lit up for nine earned runs over three innings of relief in Saturday's 25-1 loss to the Angels. The 26-year-old right-hander has a 10.61 ERA in 18.2 innings of work this season in the majors.

  • Rockies' Noah Davis: Demoted to Triple-A

The Rockies optioned Davis to Triple-A Albuquerque on Wednesday. After a month-long stay on the injured list due to elbow inflammation before he was optioned to the minors, Davis rejoined the Colorado rotation Tuesday. The rookie right-hander was unable to make a case for a more permanent stint with the big club, however, as he was blasted for five earned runs on five hits and four walks across four innings en route to taking a loss against the Reds. Davis will cede his spot on the 26-man active roster to right-hander Karl Kauffmann, who is expected to serve as a bulk reliever in Wednesday's series finale in Cincinnati.

  • Rockies' Noah Davis: Chased for five runs

Davis took the loss Tuesday against the Reds after giving up five runs on five hits and four walks while striking out two over four innings. Davis tossed clean innings in the first and fourth but allowed a three-run homer to TJ Friedl in the second and a solo blast to Elly De La Cruz in the third. He generated just five swinging strikes in an unimpressive start. Davis now has a 7.47 ERA, 1.91 WHIP and 14:9 K:BB in 15.2 innings. He tentatively lines up for a home start against the Dodgers next week.
