Nationals' Eriq Swan: Dealt to Washington
The Dodgers traded Swan along with Sean Paul Linan to the Nationals on Thursday in exchange for Alex Call, Jon Morosi of MLB Network.
Swan has spent the entire season with High-A Great Lakes, where he put up a 4.43 ERA with a 77:46 K:BB in 69.0 innings across 16 games. While not great, the righty has been able to lower his ERA, which was 5.16 when he pitched in Single-A Rancho Cucamonga in 2024.

Dodgers' Eriq Swan: Back from IL
Swan (undisclosed) has allowed one earned run on four hits and six walks while striking out 13 batters over seven innings in two starts for High-A Great Lakes since being activated from the 7-day injured list May 16.
Swan spent close to the minimum amount of time on the shelf due to the unspecified injury. The 23-year-old righty owns a 5.06 ERA, 1.80 WHIP and 27:16 K:BB over 21.1 innings through his six starts for Great Lakes.

Dodgers' Eriq Swan: Lands on IL at High-A
High-A Great Lakes placed Swan on its 7-day injured list Wednesday due to an unspecified injury.
After a standout performance in the Arizona Fall League, Swan had struggled while making the jump from Single-A Rancho Cucamonga to the High-A level to begin the 2025 season. Before being shelved with an injury, Swan turned in a 6.91 ERA, 1.95 WHIP and 14:10 K:BB over 14.1 innings across four starts with Great Lakes.

Dodgers' Eriq Swan: Building up in extended ST
Swan is building up in extended spring training, Jim Callis of MLB Pipeline reports.
Swan was one of the most impressive pitchers in the Arizona Fall League (14:1 K:BB in 8.2 innings) after logging 22.2 innings at Single-A, so he will presumably head to Single-A or High-A once cleared. Callis reports Swan should be back by the end of April.
