Hall elected to become a free agent Tuesday, Rich Dubroff of BaltimoreBaseball.com reports.
Hall was a second-round selection of the Orioles in the 2017 First-Year Player Draft, but he's battled durability issues throughout his professional career while struggling to climb past the lower levels of the minor leagues. The 24-year-old slashed just .158/.289/.263 in 45 plate appearances this past season between the rookie-level Florida Complex League and High-A Aberdeen.

Orioles' Adam Hall: Returns to action at Double-A
Hall (undisclosed) has gone 6-for-24 with two doubles, two walks, two runs, one RBI and three stolen bases in seven games for Double-A Bowie since returning from the 7-day injured list May 19.
The 23-year-old infielder was on the shelf for a little over two weeks due to an unspecified issue. Hall is slashing .291/.380/.349 with a 9-for-9 success rate on stolen-base attempts over his 100 plate appearances at Bowie this season.

Hall has slashed .248./335/.337 with three homers and 26 stolen bases across 81 games with High-A Aberdeen this season. He'll get his first taste of Double-A action to conclude the campaign before looking to continue his ascent through the Baltimore organization in 2022.

Hall (quadriceps) made his return from the 7-day injured list Thursday and went 0-for-3 in High-A Aberdeen's 4-3 win over Asheville.
Hall was sidelined for approximately three weeks with a quad strain. The 22-year-old infielder is slashing .248/.341/.333 with three home runs and a 24-for-25 success rate on stolen-base attempts through 255 plate appearances at Aberdeen this season.
