Angels' Jo Adell: Pops 29th homer
Adell went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 12-1 loss to the Cubs.
Adell had the Angels' only multi-hit effort in this contest. The outfielder's career year has him on the cusp of a 30-homer campaign -- he's at 29 long balls now, including eight over 20 games in August. He's added a middling .236/.299/.486 slash line with 79 RBI, 50 runs scored and three stolen bases through 122 contests overall, which has still been enough production to maintain a starting role in the Angels' outfield.

Angels' Jo Adell: Slugs two homers in loss
Adell went 3-for-4 with two solo home runs in Tuesday's 6-4 loss to the Reds.
Adell lifted his homers in the seventh and eighth innings, with the latter long ball tying the game briefly at 4-4. The outfielder has gone deep three times over his last three games. He's up to 28 homers, 78 RBI, 49 runs scored and three stolen bases over 119 contests. Adell is still batting just .233, but his .777 OPS is easily the best mark of his career.

Angels' Jo Adell: Fuels offense in win
Adell went 3-for-5 with a homer, a double, four RBI and three runs scored in Sunday's 11-5 extra-inning victory over the Athletics.
The Angels outfielder opened the contest's scoring with a 395-foot, three-run blast off Athletics starter Jeffrey Springs in the first. Adell also plated the first run of the 10th with a single to break a 5-5 tie. Despite a ghastly .192 (11-for-57) batting average and 1:17 BB:K in August, the 26-year-old has still been valuable because he's notched six homers and 15 RBI across 15 games. Through 438 total plate appearances, Adell is slashing .228/.291/.466 with 26 long balls, 76 RBI and 47 runs scored.

Angels' Jo Adell: Clubs homer No. 25
Adell went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Saturday's 7-4 win over the Tigers.
The outfielder gave the Angels a 4-2 lead when he ripped a Charlie Morton curveball over the left-field fence in the fourth inning. The streaky Adell has heated up again -- after going 14 games without a homer, he's gone yard four times in his last five contests with nine RBI. Saturday's blast was Adell's 25th of 2025.

Angels' Jo Adell: Paces offense in loss
Adell went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and an additional RBI in Tuesday's 7-3 loss to the Rays.
Adell drove in all three of the Angels' runs Tuesday, highlighted by a two-run blast off Ryan Pepiot in the fifth inning. Long known for his raw strength, the outfielder is finally putting together sustained success in the power department, posting a .465 slugging percentage and a career-high 23 homers through 107 games this season.

Angels' Jo Adell: Snaps slump with homer
Adell went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in a 5-1 victory versus the Rays on Monday.
Coming into the contest, Adell hadn't homered in 14 games and had batted a woeful .113 (6-for-51) with a 37.5 percent strikeout rate during that stretch. The outfielder showed some signs of turning things around Monday when he muscled a 428-foot, two-run homer in the second inning. Adell hasn't lost playing time despite the slump, so the Angels appear committed to letting him work his way out of it while having him occupy a near-everyday spot in the outfield.

Angels' Jo Adell: Slugs homer No. 20
Adell went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Friday's 6-5 win over the Phillies.
The ball was flying out of Citizens Bank Park, with the two teams combining for six homers, and Adell did his part by crushing a fourth-inning changeup from Jesus Luzardo over the center-field fence. It was Adell's 20th home run of the season but his first since July 4, as he'd gone nine straight games prior to the All-Star break without a long ball. On the month, the 26-year-old is slashing .245/.317/.453 with two homers, four runs and 13 RBI in 14 contests.

Over that time, he is 22-for-56 (.393 batting average) with six home runs and 16 RBI.
