Orioles' Tyler Herb: Shipped to Baltimore
Herb was acquired from the Giants in exchange for Mike Yastrzemski on Saturday, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports.
Herb made 13 starts for Sacramento last season, finishing with an uninspiring 5.35 ERA. The Orioles' roster isn't tough to crack, but expectations should be low for Herb as a 26-year-old with no big-league experience and an unimpressive minor-league resume.

Giants' Tyler Herb: Outrighted to Triple-A
The Giants outrighted Herb to Triple-A Sacramento on Monday.
Herb was one of five players officially removed from the 40-man roster, but the right-hander was the only one to stick with the organization after the other four elected free agency. The 26-year-old has yet to make his MLB debut and will likely function as starting depth in the high minors during the upcoming season after submitting a 5.35 ERA across 70.2 innings at Triple-A Sacramento in 2018.

Giants' Tyler Herb: Sent to Double-A Richmond
Herb was optioned to Double-A Richmond on Monday, Henry Schulman of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Herb was acquired from the Mariners last season. After joining the Giants he was assigned to Richmond, where he threw to the tune of a 2.76 ERA and 1.21 WHIP over 10 games (65.1 innings). The 25-year-old could reach Triple-A Sacramento this season if his solid work on the mound continues.
