The Mets have been hesitant to pitch him in all but the lowest-leverage spots, which hasn't helped. But they still owe him around $43 million guaranteed.

Now, the Mets will ask Sean Manaea to pitch with two men on base in a tie game. It's Manaea's first appearance in a week.
