Ahcan was reassigned to AHL Colorado on Monday.
Ahcan spent the final few days of the regular season with the NHL club, recording no points, three hits, a blocked shot and two PIM while averaging 15:48 of ice time over two appearances, his first in the NHL since the 2021-22 season. Ahcan made 67 appearances in the AHL this year, racking up five goals, 36 assists and 20 PIM.

Niko Mikkola D | FLA
Panthers' Niko Mikkola: Sitting out Monday
Mikkola (rest) won't be in the lineup for Monday's matchup against the Rangers, per George Richards of Florida Hockey Now.
Mikkola will get the game off to rest but could return to action in Florida's regular-season finale versus Tampa Bay on Tuesday. He has generated six goals, 22 points, 113 shots on net, 88 blocked shots and 132 hits across 75 appearances this season. Dmitry Kulikov (upper body) will replace Mikkola in Monday's lineup.

Dmitry Kulikov D | FLA
Panthers' Dmitry Kulikov: Returning to action Monday
Kulikov (upper body) will return for Monday's game against the Rangers, George Richards of Florida Hockey Now reports.
Kulikov missed the last 12 games due to an upper-body injury, but he'll be back in action for the Panthers' penultimate game of the regular season. Over 68 appearances this year, he's recorded four goals, nine assists, 110 hits, 70 blocked shots and 38 PIM while averaging 19:17 of ice time.

Michael Callahan D | TB
Bruins' Michael Callahan: Dropped to minors
Callahan was assigned to AHL Providence on Monday, per Andrew Fantucchio of Boston Hockey Now.
Callahan has one goal, nine shots on net, 12 blocked shots and eight hits in 17 NHL appearances this season. Boston recalled Frederic Brunet from the minors in a corresponding move.

Emil Andrae D | CLB
Flyers' Emil Andrae: Gets on scoresheet Sunday
Andrae notched an assist, two shots on goal, two hits and two blocked shots in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Senators.
Andrae snapped a 16-game point drought at the NHL level when he helped out on a Noah Cates tally in the second period. The 23-year-old Andrae has played regularly since Rasmus Ristolainen (upper body) exited the lineup. That ice time has mostly been in a third-pairing role for Andrae, who has done a fair but not overly impressive job. He's at seven points, 50 shots on net, 49 blocked shots, 45 hits and a minus-4 rating across 40 NHL outings this season.
-
Dennis Gilbert D | BUF
Senators' Dennis Gilbert: Throws body around Sunday
Gilbert logged three shots on goal, three hits and four blocked shots in Sunday's 4-3 overtime win over the Flyers.
This was just his second game since he was traded to the Senators from the Sabres at the deadline. Gilbert's physicality would appear to be a natural fit on the Senators' third pairing, but they've instead rolled with Tyler Kleven and Nikolas Matinpalo in those spots, leaving Gilbert to keep a seat warm in the press box. Over 27 appearances this season, Gilbert has five assists, 50 PIM, eight shots on net, 58 hits, 33 blocked shots and a minus-4 rating.

Travis Hamonic D | DET
Senators' Travis Hamonic: Records helper Sunday
Hamonic notched an assist in Sunday's 4-3 overtime win over the Flyers.
Hamonic hadn't played since March 25, but he drew into the lineup Sunday with Nick Jensen getting some rest now that the Senators have clinched a playoff berth. The 34-year-old Hamonic has seven points, 71 shots on net, 69 hits, 88 blocked shots and a minus-17 rating over 57 appearances. He hasn't been all that sharp defensively this year, and he may not be a regular in the lineup during the postseason.
-
Sam Malinski D | COL
Avalanche's Sam Malinski: Puts up assist Sunday
Malinski logged an assist and three shots on goal in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Ducks.
Malinski again led the Avalanche with 25:15 of ice time. He's played well in a larger role over the last two games, earning a goal and an assist in that span, but he'll likely be back in the bottom four to begin the playoffs, as Cale Makar and Devon Toews will be back from their time off. Malinski finishes the regular season with 15 points, 115 shots on net, 107 blocked shots, 57 hits and a plus-8 rating across 76 outings. He should be favored to stay in the lineup over Erik Johnson during the postseason.
-
Wyatt Aamodt D | COL
Avalanche's Wyatt Aamodt: Scores in second NHL game
Aamodt scored a goal, added four hits and blocked four shots in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Ducks.
Aamodt sparked the Avalanche's third-period comeback, getting them on the board at 10:05 of the third period. The 27-year-old made his NHL debut versus the Kings on Saturday, earning the opportunity as a fill-in while the Avalanche navigate injuries on the blue line. Aamodt is likely to be back with AHL Colorado shortly now that the Avalanche's regular season is over, but he'll likely come back up as a depth option if the Eagles exit early in the AHL playoffs.
-
Erik Johnson D | COL
Avalanche's Erik Johnson: Finishes comeback with empty-netter
Johnson scored an empty-net goal, added two PIM and logged two hits in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Ducks.
Johnson has two points over his last six games as he continues to see steady ice time while the Avalanche deal with injuries and give some of their top players rest. Johnson finishes the regular season with two goals, five points, 37 shots on net, 59 hits, 26 blocked shots and a plus-1 rating over 36 appearances between the Avalanche and the Flyers. If Colorado's defense is fully healthy to begin the postseason, Johnson may find himself back in the press box, but he's likely to be the first man up should injuries keep anyone out.
