Jacob Quillan C | VAN
Canucks' Jacob Quillan: Nets hat trick for Abbotsford
Quillan scored three goals in AHL Abbotsford's 4-2 win over Calgary on Sunday.
Quillan has earned four goals and two assists over four games since Vancouver acquired him from Toronto. He remains in the AHL for now, but if he continues to score at a high rate, he could get a call-up.

Radek Faksa C | DAL
Stars' Radek Faksa: Won't play Sunday
Faksa (lower body) won't be in the lineup against the Islanders on Sunday, according to Lia Assimakopoulos of The Dallas Morning News.
Faksa will miss at least one game after getting hurt in Thursday's 3-2 overtime win over Winnipeg. He has contributed one assist, nine shots on net, nine blocked shots and 12 hits in 10 appearances this season. With Faksa, Sam Steel (undisclosed) and David Perron unavailable, Matthew Seminoff and Dylan Hryckowian will play against the Islanders on Sunday.

Michael Misa C | SJ
Sharks' Michael Misa: Strikes on power play in loss
Misa scored a power-play goal and added two hits in Saturday's 6-4 loss to the Bruins.
Misa has two goals and an assist during his three-game point streak. The 19-year-old center is holding onto a middle-six role and power-play time, but his offense has been more streaky than consistent to begin the year. He's at two goals, four assists, 12 shots on net, seven hits and a minus-3 rating over 12 appearances, putting him on roughly the same per-game pace he had when he logged 21 points over 45 outings as a rookie last year. Misa's long-term potential is fine, but it would be nice to see a little more out of him in his second season.

Will Smith C | SJ
Sharks' Will Smith: Lights lamp in Saturday's loss
Smith scored a goal on five shots and went minus-2 in Saturday's 6-4 loss to the Bruins.
The Boston native was able to score in this homecoming game despite the Sharks' loss. Smith had been held to two assists over his previous four outings, and he doesn't have a multi-point effort since he had three points Opening Night versus the Panthers. He's still in a top-line role, earning four goals, four assists, 33 shots on net and a minus-6 rating across 12 contests. Smith's game is all offense, so he'll need to pick up the pace a bit to return good value in fantasy.

Elias Lindholm C | BOS
Bruins' Elias Lindholm: Bags two apples
Lindholm logged a pair of assists, two shots on goal, two hits and two PIM in Saturday's 6-4 win over the Sharks.
Lindholm recorded his second multi-point effort in his last five outings, a span in which he has three goals and three assists. The center is doing well in a third-line role, though his recent surge has been partially fueled by his power-play time. He's at 10 points, 22 shots on net, seven hits, six blocked shots and a plus-3 rating over 12 appearances to start the season. He could enjoy a bounce-back year after missing the 50-point mark in three straight campaigns.

Marat Khusnutdinov C | BOS
Bruins' Marat Khusnutdinov: Finds twine Saturday
Khusnutdinov scored a goal on two shots in Saturday's 6-4 win over the Sharks.
Khusnutdinov has three points over his last four games. In that stretch, he also signed a three-year extension, solidifying his place as part of the Bruins' supporting cast. Khusnutdinov is up to three goals, three assists, 12 shots on net, nine hits, five blocked shots and a plus-6 rating over 12 appearances this season, mainly in a middle-six role.

Noah Laba C | NYR
Rangers' Noah Laba: Earns two assists in loss
Laba logged two assists, including one while shorthanded, and added two hits in Saturday's 7-4 loss to the Senators.
Laba saw a five-game drought come to an end with his first multi-point effort of the season. The 23-year-old is filling a third-line role, mainly as a defensive center, so he won't be a steady source of points. He's racked up four helpers, 11 shots on net, 27 hits, seven blocked shots and six PIM through 13 outings this season.
-
Noah Ostlund C | BUF
Sabres' Noah Ostlund: Buries goal in overtime loss
Ostlund scored a goal in Saturday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Capitals.
Ostlund continues to chip in with a goal and three helpers over his last four games. The 22-year-old is filling a second-line role as well as a spot on the top power-play unit, giving him a good foundation to build his offense on this year. He has three goals, five helpers, 24 shots on net, six PIM and a plus-4 rating over 11 outings.
-
Justin Sourdif C | WAS
Capitals' Justin Sourdif: Adds helper in return
Sourdif notched an assist and two shots on goal in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over the Sabres.
Sourdif missed the previous two games due to an illness. The 24-year-old returned to a fourth-line center spot, logging 15:26 of ice time. The depth of the Capitals' offense is a gift and a curse for Sourdif, who should have decent linemates throughout the year despite a limited role. He has two points, eight shots on net, 14 hits and eight PIM across eight appearances.

Dylan Strome C | WAS
Capitals' Dylan Strome: Three-point effort in win
Strome scored twice on five shots, added an assist and went plus-3 in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over the Sabres.
Strome broke out for his first multi-point game since Opening Night. The 29-year-old center has ramped up his offense lately with four points and 12 shots over his last three games. On the year, he has three goals, six helpers, 24 shots on net, 10 blocked shots and a plus-4 rating over 10 appearances. The Capitals' offense is deep, but Strome should see something in the neighborhood of a top-six role throughout the year.
