  • Shane Pinto C | OTT

Senators' Shane Pinto: Tallies in Thursday's loss

Pinto scored a goal on two shots and added three hits in Thursday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Kings.

Pinto has three goals over his last five games, and he's racked up 14 shots on net in that span. The third-line center continues to chip in decent supporting offense, in part thanks to his power-play usage. Pinto is up to four goals, five assists, 28 shots, 25 hits, eight blocked shots, eight PIM and a minus-4 rating across 14 appearances this season.

  • Dylan Cozens C | OTT

Senators' Dylan Cozens: Pops off with three points

Cozens scored twice, supplied an assist and added four hits in Thursday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Kings.

One of Cozens' tallies came on the power play. He was a central figure in the Senators' third-period rally to force overtime. The 25-year-old center has started to get his season on track after a slow start. He's up to three goals, five assists, 30 shots on net, 39 hits, eight PIM and six blocked shots over 14 appearances. Cozens has potential to put up big numbers both on offense and in the physical categories from a second-line role.

  • Leo Carlsson C | ANA

Ducks' Leo Carlsson: Shows off playmaking touch

Carlsson produced three power-play assists and five shots on goal in Thursday's 7-6 loss to the Sabres.

This was Carlsson's fourth multi-point effort in his last five games. He helped the Ducks converted on three of their four power-play opportunities, assisting twice on goals by Cutter Gauthier as well as once on a Mikael Granlund tally. Carlsson is up to four goals, 14 helpers, 19 shots on net and a minus-5 rating through 13 appearances this season. He's already earned 12 power-play points this year, six shy of matching his total with the man advantage from all of 2025-26.

  • Ducks' Roger McQueen: Scores first career goal

McQueen scored a goal on two shots and added two hits in Thursday's 7-6 loss to the Sabres.

The tally was the first goal and point of McQueen's NHL career., The 20-year-old has stayed in the lineup for eight straight games, but his ice time has fluctuated wildly during his time with the big club. He's currently without a power-play role, which will make it tough to sustain offense. McQueen has racked up 10 shots on net, 10 hits, six PIM and four blocked shots. He'll continue to have a chance to play while Ryan Poehling (knee) is sidelined for another month or more.

  • Ducks' Mikael Granlund: Pots power-play marker

Granlund scored a power-play goal on two shots in Thursday's 7-6 loss to the Sabres.

Granlund ended a five-game point drought with the tally. The skid came after a one-game absence due to an upper-body injury, which has seemingly derailed his promising start to the campaign. Granlund remains in a top-six role with power-play time, so he should get back to fairly steady production in the long run. He has three goals, six assists, 21 shots on net, nine blocked shots and a minus-6 rating over 12 appearances this season, with five of his nine points coming with the man advantage.

  • Jets' Mark Scheifele: Trio of apples in loss

Scheifele potted three helpers Thursday in a 6-4 loss to the Lightning.

The points were Scheifele's first in five games. The 33-year-old is coming off his best season ever, recording 103 points (36 goals, 67 assists) on 175 shots. This season, Scheifele has 11 points, including nine assists, on 28 shots. The Jets haven't won in regulation in seven games (0-5-2). This game could be the start to turning the corner for Scheifele, even if the team is going to struggle the rest of the way.

  • Sam Carrick C | BUF

Sabres' Sam Carrick: Nabs helper in return

Carrick posted an assist and three hits in Thursday's 7-6 win over the Ducks.

Carrick returned from a four-game absence due to a middle-body injury. The 34-year-old forward saw a team-low 8:45 of ice time, though that's to be expected coming off an injury for a player that wasn't a lock to play prior to his absence. The helper was his first point of the season to go with one shot on net, 12 hits, four PIM and a minus-2 rating through five appearances. Given his likely part-time role, he's not a strong fantasy option.

  • Peyton Krebs C | BUF

Sabres' Peyton Krebs: Distributes three assists

Krebs had three assists, four hits and a plus-3 rating in Thursday's 7-6 win over the Ducks.

Krebs got a spin on the top line, centering Tage Thompson and Zach Benson. The trio combined for four goals and seven assists in the contest. Krebs is typically more of a depth forward, though he has proven himself an effective utility option in the last couple of years. He snapped a six-game point drought Thursday and is now at seven assists, seven shots on net, 24 hits and nine PIM over 13 outings. The 25-year-old remains on the hunt for his first goal of the season.

  • Tyson Kozak C | BUF

Sabres' Tyson Kozak: Deposits goal in win

Kozak scored a goal, added two PIM and doled out three hits in Thursday's 7-6 win over the Ducks.

Kozak has gotten a chance to play as injuries have piled up among Buffalo's forwards. He has been in the lineup for three straight games while the team navigates the absences of Justin Danforth (upper body), Jiri Kulich (concussion) and Konsta Helenius (upper body), though Sam Carrick did return from a middle-body issue Thursday. The goal was Kozak's first point in five outings to go with two shots on net, seven hits and two PIM. He's unlikely to be much of a factor in fantasy from the fourth line.

  • Noah Ostlund C | BUF

Sabres' Noah Ostlund: Puts away power-play goal

Ostlund scored a power-play goal on five shots in Thursday's 7-6 win over the Ducks.

Ostlund has gotten on the scoresheet in three of the last four games, earning two goals and an assist in that span. The 22-year-old continues to center an effective second line for the Sabres. He has produced four goals, five assists, 30 shots on net and a plus-4 rating over 13 appearances. He's unlikely to lead the way on offense for Buffalo and adds little physicality, but Ostlund should maintain decent fantasy value in points-focused formats.
