  • Dolphins' Elijah Campbell: Season over

The Dolphins placed Campbell (ankle) on injured reserve Saturday.

Campbell will miss Miami's final three games of the regular season due to an ankle injury. His 2025 campaign comes to a wrap with five tackles (four solo) across 10 regular-season appearances.

  • Daniel Scott SAF | IND

Colts' Daniel Scott: Ruled out for Week 16

Scott (knee) is ruled out for Monday's game against the 49ers.

Scott has been a full participant since having his 21-day practice window opened Thursday, but he nonetheless won't be activated from IR in time to play Week 16. The depth safety's next chance to take the field will come Week 17 versus Jacksonville.

  • Colts' Bernhard Raimann: Questionable to play Monday

Raimann (elbow) is officially listed as questionable for Monday's game against the 49ers.

Raimann began Week 16 with two consecutive missed practices, but he upgraded to limited reps Saturday. If the starting left tackle ultimately isn't cleared for Monday's contest, Luke Tenuta will likely stand to take his place.

  • Nakobe Dean LB | PHI

Eagles' Nakobe Dean: Suffers hamstring injury

Dean (hamstring) is questionable to return to Saturday's game against the Commanders.

Dean picked up a hamstring injury during the first quarter of Saturday's divisional matchup, making his return uncertain. Jeremiah Trotter and Smael Mondon will benefit from expanded roles on defense as long as Dean remains sidelined.

  • Jaylin Lane WR | WAS

Commanders' Jaylin Lane: Questionable to return Saturday

Lane (ankle) is questionable to return to Saturday's game against the Eagles.

Lane was forced off the field due to an ankle injury midway through the first quarter Saturday. As long as he remains sidelined, Treylon Burks and Chris Moorewill stand to see a slight uptick in reserve opportunities behind Terry McLaurin and Deebo Samuel.

  • Colts' Quenton Nelson: Ready to face 49ers

Nelson (wrist) does not carry an injury designation for Monday's game against San Francisco.

Nelson was limited in practice due to a wrist issue Week 16, but the standout left guard will be available for Monday night's matchup. The 29-year-old will operate as a pillar of Indianapolis' offensive line, as usual, versus the 49ers.

  • Sam Ehlinger QB | DEN

Broncos' Sam Ehlinger: Elevated for Week 16

The Broncos have elevated Ehlinger from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports.

Ehlinger was also elevated for Week 15, in which he didn't handle a single offensive snap while operating as a reserve option at quarterback behind Bo Nix and Jarrett Stidham. He stands to operate in a similar capacity versus Jacksonville. Ehlinger will revert to Denver's practice squad after Sunday's contest.

  • 49ers' Tatum Bethune: Ready to rock

Bethune (ankle) is cleared for Monday's game against the Colts, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.

Coach Kyle Shanahan said Bethune is "good to go" Saturday. The starting middle linebacker figures to resume handling his usual every-down role in his first return to action since Week 11. Prior to injuring his ankle, Bethune had racked up five straight games with double-digit tackles.

  • 49ers' Yetur Gross-Matos: Officially questionable for Week 16

Gross-Matos (hamstring/knee) is officially listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Colts, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Gross-Matos began Week 16 as a limited participant upon having his 21-day practice window opened. He'll need to be activated from IR in advance of Monday's matchup in order to be eligible to take the field versus Indianapolis.

  • 49ers' Renardo Green: Ruled out for Monday's game

Green (neck) has been ruled out for Monday's contest against the Colts, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Green won't be available for Monday night's contest, leaving Darrell Luter and Chase Lucas as candidates to handle an expanded role at cornerback alongside Deommodore Lenoir and Upton Stout. His next chance to return to action will come Week 17 against the Bears.
