McLaurin (hamstring) remains a game-time decision for Sunday's game against the Giants, with a "slight lean" toward him playing, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.

After missing last Sunday's contest against the Colts with the hamstring issue, McLaurin is trying to push to play Week 5. If he's able to suit up, Washington would get back its top wide receiver, which would be welcomed news after Stefon Diggs suffered a hamstring injury of his own this past week and has been ruled out against New York.

The Dolphins activated Grant (toe) from injured reserve Saturday.

Grant opened Week 5 prep with back-to-back limited practices before logging a full session Friday. He does not have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Bengals, so Grant's activation from IR means he'll be available to make his 2026 regular-season debut. The 2025 first-rounder figures to operate in a rotational role at defensive tackle behind Jordan Phillips and Zach Sieler.

The Steelers elevated Smith from the practice squad ahead of Sunday's game against the Colts.

With Michael Pittman (foot) placed on injured reserve, Smith gets the call up from the practice squad for Week 5, where he'll provide depth behind D.K. Metcalf, Roman Wilson, Germie Bernard and Ben Skowronek.

The Titans elevated Mullings from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

The Titans currently have six running backs on the active roster, so Mullings will likely be limited to special-teams duties if he's active for Sunday's game against the Texans. It will be his first appearance of the 2026 regular season after appearing in nine games during his rookie campaign in 2025.

The Steelers elevated Nichols from the practice squad ahead of Sunday's game against the Colts.

The running back has played a total of three offensive snaps this season, rushing one time for no gain. He'll provide depth behind Jaylen Warren and Travis Homer against Indy.

The Jets activated Patrick (groin) from injured reserve Saturday.

Patrick also doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Browns, suggesting he's 100 percent healthy. His role remains unclear behind Garrett Wilson. Isaiah Williams and Sterling Shepard have been handling Nos. 2 and 3 receiver duties, respectively, the last couple weeks with Adonai Mitchell (finger) sidelined.

Stewart (knee) was activated from the reserve/PUP list Saturday but is still questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans.

Although he's still listed as questionable, the fact that Stewart was removed from the PUP list after three-straight full practices makes it likely that he'll make his 2026 regular-season debut Sunday. Stewart's 2025 season was ended by a quad injury that required surgery in early November, but he was tagged with a knee injury during Week 5 prep. Stewart's return would solidify the Texans' safety depth behind Calen Bullock and Reed Blankenship.

The Texans activated McDonald (ankle) from injured reserve Saturday, though he's still questionable to play against the Titans on Sunday.

McDonald ended Week 5 prep with consecutive full practices, which was enough for the Texans to remove the rookie second-rounder from injured reserve. Although he's still listed as questionable, the fact that McDonald is no longer on IR puts him on track to make his NFL debut against Tennessee on Sunday.

The Texans waived Gronowski on Saturday.

Gronowski was signed to the Texans' 53-man roster Wednesday to provide the team with depth at quarterback. He's been cut just three days later, but the expectation is that the Texans will bring back Gronowski on the practice squad if he clears waivers, per Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston.

The Texans waived Oliver on Saturday.

Oliver will be booted off the 53-man roster just two days after being signed by the Texans, but he's expected to stay in Houston on the practice squad if he clears waivers, per Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston. Oliver appeared in three regular-season games for the Titans in 2025.
