Dadrion Taylor-Demerson SAF | ARI
Cardinals' Dadrion Taylor-Demerson: Still working through ankle injury
Taylor-Demerson (ankle) did not practice Wednesday, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Taylor-Demerson has missed the Cardinals' last two games due to an ankle injury he sustained in Week 10 against the Seahawks. The second-year safety has two more opportunities to practice in at least a limited capacity to have a realistic chance of returning against the Buccaneers on Sunday.

Theo Jackson S | MIN
Vikings' Theo Jackson: Limited by neck issue
Jackson (neck) logged a limited practice Wednesday.
Jackson was sidelined with a concussion in Week 10, but he has played the last two games. It's unclear if his neck injury will threaten his status in Week 13 for a matchup against the Seahawks.

Ahkello Witherspoon CB | WAS
Rams' Ahkello Witherspoon: Designated to return from IR
Witherspoon (shoulder) was designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday.
Witherspoon has been sidelined since Week 2 while recovering from a broken shoulder blade, per Greg Beacham of the Associated Press. Head coach Sean McVay originally described the cornerback's injury as a broken clavicle in September, but nonetheless, the team has now opened a 21-day practice window for Witherspoon. He was a full participant at Wednesday's practice session, and it's possible that he could return to action Sunday against the Panthers. The 30-year-old will have to be activated from IR within the next 21 days, or he'll be forced to remain sidelined for the rest of the season.

Baron Browning LB | ARI
Cardinals' Baron Browning: DNP to open week
Browning (concussion) did not participate in Wednesday's practice, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Browning has missed the Cardinals' last two games while in the league's concussion protocol. Even if he were to return to practice this week, he would need to be cleared from the league's protocol by an independent neurologist in order to play Sunday against Tampa Bay.
-
Nick Vannett TE | BAL
Rams' Nick Vannett: Signed by Rams
Vannett was signed to the Rams' active roster Wednesday.
Vannett has spent the entirety of the season with the Vikings organization, operating primarily as a practice squad option while appearing in four contests with the team. The tight end will now get a shot with Los Angeles, providing the team with an additional depth option behind Colby Parkinson while Tyler Higbee (ankle) is sidelined.
-
Max Melton CB | ARI
Cardinals' Max Melton: Nursing heel injury
Melton (heel) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Melton likely picked up the injury during the Cardinals' Week 12 overtime loss to the Jaguars, when he played just 25 snaps (15 on defense, 10 on special teams) while logging on tackle. Melton will have two more chances to increase his practice participation to avoid an injury tag for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers. He has accumulated 31 tackles (21 solo) and five pass defenses across nine regular-season games.
-
Dallas Turner LB | MIN
Vikings' Dallas Turner: Dealing with hip issue
Turner (hip) logged a limited practice session Wednesday.
Turner has stepped up his performance in recent weeks in the absence of Jonathan Greenard (shoulder), logging 1.0 sack in each of his last two games. The severity of his hip injury is unclear, but Turner's ability to practice in any capacity to begin the week is a positive.
-
Will Johnson CB | ARI
Cardinals' Will Johnson: Limited to open week
Johnson (back) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
The rookie second-rounder has missed the Cardinals' last three games due to a back injury. He was able to return to practice during Week 12 prep, and he'll have two more opportunities to increase his practice participation and avoid an injury designation heading into Sunday's game against the Buccaneers. Fellow rookie Denzel Burke has started at outside cornerback in Johnson's absence.
-
Carson Schwesinger LB | CLE
Browns' Carson Schwesinger: Limited at practice
Schwesinger (ankle) logged a limited practice Wednesday, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.
Schwesinger led the team in takedowns in Cleveland's 24-10 win over the Raiders in Week 12, notching 11 total tackles in the contest, but he may have suffered an ankle injury in the process. The linebacker played 96 percent of the team's defensive snaps versus Las Vegas, which may suggest that the ankle injury is minor. Schwesinger will have two more chances to notch a full practice before Sunday's matchup with San Francisco.
-
Jonathan Greenard LB | PHI
Vikings' Jonathan Greenard: Remains limited
Greenard (shoulder) logged a limited practice Wednesday.
Greenard was unable to play in Week 12 against the Packers even after logging limited practices Thursday and Friday. That was his second missed game with the shoulder injury, and he'll look to upgrade his practice participation later in the week.
