Pickett will be placed on IR after he was waived with an injury designation by Las Vegas on Wednesday, ultimately going unclaimed. The offensive lineman is now on track to miss the entirety of the 2026 campaign unless he is able to reach an injury settlement with the Raiders.

The Broncos placed Deiter (quadriceps) on injured reserve Thursday, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports.

Deiter suffered a severe quadriceps injury Wednesday that will end his season, so the move to injured reserve is not surprising. The center's absence may not impact the Broncos' starting offensive line, but given Luke Wattenberg's (undisclosed) injury history, Deiter would have provided valuable depth for the unit.

Long (undisclosed) was released after reaching an injury settlement with the Giants on Thursday, Patricia Traina of SI.com reports.

Long was set to miss the entirety of the 2026 season while on injured reserve with the Giants after suffering an undisclosed injury during training camp. He will now have the chance to pass a physical and play elsewhere this year.

The Texans released Takitaki (hamstring) with an injury settlement Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Takitaki was placed on injured reserve Monday with a hamstring issue he suffered in training camp shortly after signing with the Texans. Takitaki will now likely look to sign with another franchise before the 2026 season concludes.

The Steelers placed Lee (undisclosed) on injured reserve Thursday.

Lee suffered an unknown injury during training camp, and it will cost the defensive tackle his season. Now on injured reserve, the 2024 sixth-rounder is set to miss the entirety of the 2026 season. In Lee's absence, Dean Lowry and Anthony Goodlow may see more snaps on the defensive line throughout the season.

Watts (undisclosed) was waived by the Jets after the two sides reached an injury settlement Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Watts was set to miss the entirety of the 2026 campaign while on injured reserve with the Jets after suffering an undisclosed injury during training camp. The defensive lineman will now be placed on waivers, and if he goes unclaimed, he'll have the ability to pass a physical and play elsewhere this season.

Moore (groin) was an active participant at the Cowboys' training camp practice Thursday, Tommy Yarrish of the team's official site reports.

Moore was sidelined with a groin injury throughout the past week, but he was able to work back into practice Thursday. The cornerback was selected in the fourth round of this year's draft, and he now appears likely to make his debut with Dallas on Saturday against the Seahawks in the team's preseason opener.

Barham (groin) is nearing a return to practice, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.

Barham has been sidelined since suffering a groin injury at practice Aug. 6, and he is expected to be unavailable for the team's preseason opener Saturday in Seattle. The 22-year-old seems likely to be back on the practice field next week.
