Clark came down with an illness and didn't practice Friday. He'll have two days to recover enough to suit up against Indianapolis. Clark logged an 87 percent defensive snap share against Green Bay last Sunday and tallied five tackles (three solo).

Peppers (quadriceps) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Colts, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.

Peppers suffered a quad injury during the week and was limited in practice Thursday before being unable to practice at all Friday. The Steelers' secondary will be missing several players, as DeShon Elliott (knee) landed on injured reserve earlier in the week, while Chuck Clark (illness) is questionable.

Eluemunor popped up on the injury report to begin the week and was unable to practice at all. That suggests he'll be unable to suit up, though he's yet to be ruled out officially.

Norton underwent ankle surgery in late August and has been on injured reserve all season. Baker (concussion) does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Chargers.

Baker was a full participant in each of the last two practices of the week, and his lack of an injury designation indicates that he has cleared the league's five-step concussion protocol ahead of Sunday's game. Baker should have a larger role in the Titans' secondary following Roger McCreary's trade to the Rams on Monday.

O'Neill (knee) is listed as questionable questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Lions.

O'Neill was out for Minnesota's Week 8 loss to the Chargers and has been dealing with a knee sprain since Week 4. Matthews (ankle) does not have an injury designation for Sunday's matchup against New England, Marc Raimondi of ESPN.com reports.

Matthews has been dealing with an ankle injury since Week 6, but it hasn't yet caused him to miss any contests. Despite finishing this week with a pair of limited practices, he's set to serve in his usual role as Atlanta's starting left tackle Sunday.

Elliott (ankle), who is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Giants, is not traveling with the 49ers to New York on Friday due to personal reasons, Vic Tafur of The Athletic reports.
