  • Titans' Joshua Williams: Cleared to practice Wednesday

The Titans opened Williams' (pectoral) 21-day practice window Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

Practicing for the first time all season after sitting out the Titans' first four games, Williams was a full participant Wednesday. The Titans have until Oct. 28 to return the cornerback to the active roster, or he'll otherwise need to spend the remainder of the 2026 season on injured reserve.

  • Marcus Allen DB | MIN

Marcus Allen: Gets look from Washington

The Commanders worked out Allen (undisclosed) on Wednesday, Nicki Jhabvala of The Athletic reports.

Allen was waived with an injury settlement by the Vikings in early September. He appears to have recovered from his undisclosed injury, and the undrafted rookie out of North Carolina is attempting to join a team in need of depth at defensive back.

  • Nate Lynn LB | NYJ

Jets' Nate Lynn: Signs with active roster

The Jets signed Lynn to the active roster Wednesday.

Lynn has yet to start in an NFL regular-season game. The defensive end from William & Mary University will now provide additional support for the Jets' defensive line.

  • Vikings' Michael Jurgens: Back at practice

The Vikings designated Jurgens (elbow) for return from injured reserve Wednesday.

Jurgens was a full participant at practice Wednesday, which suggests he may be able to return to game action as soon as Sunday for Minnesota's contest against the Saints in Week 5. The transaction starts the clock on a 21-day window during which he can be officially activated before he'd be required to spend the remainder of the season on IR.

  • Zack Baun LB | PHI

Eagles' Zack Baun: Limited at practice Wednesday

Baun (concussion) was limited during practice Wednesday.

Baun didn't suit up in the Week 4 loss to the Rams. If he can't get back on the field for the Week 5 meeting with the Jaguars, Jeremiah Trotter should continue to see an increase in snaps.

  • Chargers' Brenen Thompson: Limited in return to practice

Thompson (quadriceps) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.

Wednesday's practice was Thompson's first since Week 2 prep, with the rookie fourth-rounder missing the Chargers' last two games due to a quadriceps injury. However, he told reporters after Wednesday's session that he's unsure whether he'll be cleared to return for Sunday's AFC West showdown against the Broncos, per Kris Rhim of ESPN.com. A full practice over the next two days would put Thompson on track to play in Week 6, and his return would be a welcome one for the Chargers, given that top wideout Ladd McConkey is considered week-to-week due to a foot injury.

  • Ty Okada SAF | SEA

Seahawks' Ty Okada: Full participant Wednesday

Okada (hamstring) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Okada was a full participant in Friday's practice for the first time since sustaining a hamstring injury during the preseason but wasn't quite ready to play in the Seahawks' Week 4 win over the Chargers. The safety is set to be a full participant throughout Week 5 prep and should be ready to suit up for Sunday's game against the 49ers.

  • Marquise Brown WR | PHI

Eagles' Hollywood Brown: DNP again Wednesday

Brown (ankle) did not practice Wednesday.

Brown didn't practice to begin the week after missing the Eagles' last two games. With DeVonta Smith (hamstring) also missing Wednesday's practice, Jalen Hurts may need to rely on Darius Cooper, Makai Lemon and Dontayvion Wicks once again in Week 5 versus Jacksonville. There's a chance Dallas Goedert (knee) will be back as well.

  • Charlie Kolar TE | LAC

Chargers' Charlie Kolar: Returns to practice Wednesday

Kolar (forearm) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.

Kolar has missed the Chargers' last two games while recovering from a fractured left forearm that he sustained in Week 2 against the Seahawks. He's progressed enough in his recovery to return to practice Wednesday, and his participation over the next two days will provide clarity on his chances of playing against the Broncos on Sunday. If Kolar is cleared to return, then he would likely split starting tight end duties with Oronde Gadsden, especially with David Njoku (knee) on injured reserve.

  • Cody White WR | LV

Raiders' Cody White: Nursing ankle issue

White (ankle) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports.

It's not clear when White picked up the injury, but that he got in some activity at practice Wednesday suggests it's probably not overly serious. As long as he can upgrade to full participation Thursday or Friday, there's a solid chance he'll be able to avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.
