Joshua Karty K | LAR
Rams' Joshua Karty: Demoted to No. 2 kicker
Karty won't kick for the Rams on Sunday against the 49ers, with Harrison Mevis getting the nod instead, Adam Grosbard of the LA Daily News reports.
Karty has been demoted to the second spot on the depth chart, though head coach Sean McVay said Friday that Karty "is not going anywhere," indicating that the Rams intend to keep him on the roster. Karty has missed five of his 15 field-goal attempts in addition to missing three PATs while undergoing a sophomore slump in 2025.

Jordan Whittington WR | LAR
Rams' Jordan Whittington: Questionable to face 49ers
Whittington (back) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Nate Adkins of The Athletic reports.
Whittington is set to practice in a limited fashion Friday, which is a step in the right direction after he was unable to practice Wednesday or Thursday. Blake Corum may get a chance to return kickoffs if Whittington doesn't play Sunday, while Konata Mumpfield and Xavier Smith could see additional snaps at wide receiver.

Mack Wilson LB | ARI
Cardinals' Mack Wilson: Won't play Sunday
Wilson (ribs) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Seahawks, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
The Alabama product didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday after sustaining a rib injury in the Week 9 win over the Cowboys, so it's no surprise that he'll be sidelined Sunday. Wilson leads the Cardinals' defense in tackles through eight games this season, recording 60 stops and six passes defended, including one interception. While he's out Week 10, expect rookie Cody Simon to operate as Arizona's top middle linebacker.

Alvin Kamara RB | NO
Saints' Alvin Kamara: Listed as questionable
Kamara (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Carolina, Nate Atkins of The Athletic reports.
Kamara has been listed with an ankle injury for the past month and still hasn't missed a game, including last week when he was listed as questionable. Fantasy managers will still want to keep an eye on the situation, with Devin Neal and Audric Estime being the alternatives in the New Orleans backfield.

Chandler Zavala OG | CAR
Panthers' Chandler Zavala: Won't play in Week 10
Zavala (elbow) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Saints.
The 26-year-old was unable to practice all week after sustaining an elbow injury in the Week 9 win over the Packers, so it's no surprise that he'll be sidelined Sunday. Jake Curhan is likely to operate as the Panthers' starting right guard while Zavala is out in Week 10.

Brycen Tremayne WR | CAR
Panthers' Brycen Tremayne: Questionable for Sunday
Tremayne (hip) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Saints.
The Stanford product upgraded from a DNP on Thursday to a full practice participant Friday, suggesting he's trending toward playing in Week 10 despite his questionable designation. Tremayne has played a depth role in the Panthers' wide receiver corps this season, catching 10 of 13 targets for for 116 yards over nine games. If he's inactive for Sunday's divisional matchup, Hunter Renfrow could have an expanded role in Carolina's offense.

Cedric Tillman WR | CLE
Browns' Cedric Tillman: Questionable but expected to play
Tillman (hamstring) officially is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jets, but he's expected to be activated from injured reserve and suit up, Kelsey Russo of the Browns' official site reports.
Tillman has been practicing without limitations, but an official move adding him to the active roster will need to be performed in order for the wide receiver to make his return to game action Sunday. Isaiah Bond (foot) has been ruled out, so Cleveland's wide receiver depth chart consists of Jerry Jeudy, Jamari Thrash, Gage Larvadain and Malachi Corley, pending Tillman's return.

Harrison Mevis K | LAR
Harrison Mevis: Kicking for Rams this week
Mevis will be the Rams' kicker Sunday at San Francisco, Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Mevis signed with the Rams' practice squad Wednesday to compete with struggling kicker Joshua Karty. Two days later, Rams coach Sean McVay named Mevis as the winner of the competition, at least for now. It's a job with potential for fantasy value, as the Rams have largely played well on both offense and defense this season.

Derrick Brown DE | CAR
Panthers' Derrick Brown: Ready for Sunday
Brown (elbow) has no injury designation ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Saints.
The 27-year-old popped up on the Panthers' injury report Thursday as a limited practice participant due to an elbow issue. However, he upgraded to full participation Friday, suggesting he's moved past the issue in time to face New Orleans in Week 10. With Brown back at full health, he's expected to operate as the Panthers' top interior defensive lineman Sunday.

Harold Fannin Jr. TE | CLE
Browns' Harold Fannin: Questionable for Sunday
Fannin (hamstring) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jets, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
After being added to the Browns' Week 10 injury report following a 'DNP' on Thursday, Fannin returned to a limited practice Friday. However, given that he heads into the weekend with a 'questionable' designation, the tight end's status now will need to be monitored ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. If Fannin ends up limited or out against the Jets, fellow TE David Njoku would be in line for added snaps, with Blake Whiteheart and Brenden Bates available to work in complementary roles.
