Josh Palmer WR | BUF
Bills' Joshua Palmer: Inactive versus Miami
Palmer (knee/ankle) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.
Palmer, who last saw game action in Week 6, was a limited practice participant this week before being deemed questionable for Sunday's contest. In his continued absence, Tyrell Shavers, Curtis Samuel and Elijah Moore are next in line for Buffalo's WR snaps behind Keon Coleman and Khalil Shakir. Palmer will target a potential return to action Nov. 16 against the Buccaneers.

Tetairoa McMillan WR | CAR
Panthers' Tetairoa McMillan: Suiting up Sunday
McMillan (hamstring) is listed as active Sunday against the Saints, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.
After McMillan was added to the Panthers' Week 10 practice report Friday as a limited participant due to a hamstring injury, coach Dave Canales expressed "concern" for the rookie wide receiver's status due to something that "popped up" during drills, per Alex Zietlow of The Charlotte Observer. McMillan thus took a questionable designation into the weekend, but Adam Schefter of ESPN reported Saturday evening that he was expected to suit up for Sunday's game, which has come to pass. It's unclear if McMillan will have a cap on his snaps, but considering New Orleans' defense has allowed the fourth-most TDs (11) and 10th-most yards per target (8.3) to opposing WRs in nine contests this season, he's a decent enough bet to take advantage of any looks he gets from QB Bryce Young.

Cedric Tillman WR | CLE
Browns' Cedric Tillman: Active Sunday
Tillman (hamstring) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Jets.
Ahead of being activated from injured reserve Saturday, Tillman logged a week of full practices, which should position him to step back in a key role in the Browns passing game in his first game action since Week 4. His return comes at an opportune time, with Isaiah Bond (foot) inactive, though it remains to be seen what level of volume Tillman will see alongside fellow WR Jerry Jeudy, as tight ends Harold Fannin and David Njoku are both candidates to see plenty of looks from QB Dillon Gabriel on Sunday. In four games played thus far, Tillman has recorded an 11/106/2 receiving line on 20 targets.

Devontez Walker WR | BAL
Ravens' Devontez Walker: Won't play Week 10
Walker (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against Minnesota.
Walker will be a healthy scratch for a fourth consecutive week, and he's unlikely to play Week 11 against the Browns on Sunday, Nov. 16 unless the Ravens require depth at wide receiver. Baltimore will go with five active wide receivers in Zay Flowers, Rashod Bateman, DeAndre Hopkins, Tylan Wallace and LaJohntay Wester in Week 10.

Cooper Kupp WR | SEA
Seahawks' Cooper Kupp: Status 'still up in air' for Week 10
Kupp (hamstring/heel), who remains listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, has improved odds of playing this week compared to Week 9, but his status for the contest is "still up in the air," Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Rapoport report casts a less optimistic tone of Kupp's Week 10 availability than the report issued about an hour earlier by Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com, who relayed that the veteran receiver was expected to play through the two injuries that kept him sidelined for last week's win over the Commanders. Kupp's ability to take part in the Seahawks' final practice of the week Friday is generally a good indication that he'll be able to play Sunday, but those planning on including him in fantasy lineups will want to verify his status when Seattle releases its inactive list 90 minutes prior to the 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff. If he suits up Sunday, Kupp could end up ranking as a tertiary target in the passing game behind No. 1 option Jaxon Smith-Njigba and new arrival Rashid Shaheed, whom the Seahawks acquired Tuesday in exchange for 2026 fourth- and fifth-round draft picks.

Cooper Kupp WR | SEA
Seahawks' Cooper Kupp: Expected to play Week 10
Kupp (hamstring/heel) remains listed as questionable but is expected to play Sunday against the Cardinals, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
Kupp sat out the Seahawks' Week 9 win over the Commanders, but he appears to be trending toward a return after concluding Week 10 prep Friday with a full practice. With fellow wideouts Tory Horton (groin) listed as doubtful and Jake Bobo (calf) ruled out, Kupp should have a regular role in three-receiver sets alongside Jaxon Smith-Njigba and newcomer Rashid Shaheed. Kupp has yet to hit 100 yards in a game this season and is averaging a career-low 41.9 receiving yards per contest through seven appearances.

Tetairoa McMillan WR | CAR
Panthers' Tetairoa McMillan: Should play Sunday
McMillan (hamstring) remains listed as questionable but is expected to play Sunday against the Saints, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
McMillan was a late-week addition to the injury report Friday after the hamstring issue resulted in him being a limited participant in the Panthers' practice session that day. Fortunately, the injury doesn't seem to be too significant for the rookie first-round pick, though it's fair to wonder if he'll be able to play a full complement of snaps. McMillan owns a 41-558-2 receiving line on 69 targets through nine appearances on the season.

Cedric Tillman WR | CLE
Browns' Cedric Tillman: Expected to play Sunday
Tillman (hamstring) is expected to play Sunday against the Jets, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Tillman was activated from injured reserve earlier Saturday and is expected to make his return to the lineup after being injured in Week 4. With Tillman back in action and Isaiah Bond (foot) ruled out, Tillman should step right back into an every-down role alongside Jerry Jeudy. Tillman, however, has yet to play a game with Dillon Gabriel under center, making him a risky fantasy bet in what is already one of the league's least-potent passing attacks. The good news for Tillman is the Jets' trade of No. 1 CB Sauce Gardner to Indianapolis earlier in the week.

Garrett Wilson WR | NYJ
Jets' Garrett Wilson: Tracking toward playing Sunday
Wilson (knee) remains listed as questionable but is expected to play Sunday against the Browns, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Rich Cimini of ESPN.com had already reported Friday that Wilson was on track to suit up Week 10, so Schefter's report adds further credence to the belief that the wideout will return to the lineup after missing the previous two contests prior to the Jets' Week 9 bye. Wilson draws a difficult matchup against a tough Browns defense, but he has dominated the passing-game targets when available, which cements his status as a quality fantasy starter.

Ricky White III WR | SEA
Seahawks' Ricky White: Elevated for Week 10
White was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Ari Horton of the Seahawks' official site reports.
White has now been elevated for a second consecutive week, meaning he has one more elevation before he will need to be signed to the active roster to suit up. The rookie seventh-round pick will have a better shot to contribute to the offense and special teams units behind wide receivers Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Rashid Shaheed, and Cody White if Cooper Kupp (hamstring) and Tory Horton (groin/shin) are unable to go.
